Along with rapid development of science and technology and huge improvement of the life level of mankind, the possession mass of mobile telephone have increased swiftly, which have became a popular tool for communication in modern society. Meanwhile, it has been a focus that whether the radiation derived from mobile hurts human body. As a small power transmitter, a cellular phone can make human head super- irradiated due to its microwave when it is operated with its antenna near to human head located in the near induction and radiation field. The microwave of a cellular phone may induce thermal and non-thermal effects, consequently, form a possible damage to human body.The research on coupling of mobile with human body is a complex EMC topic involving extensive factors, which should use synthetically new achievements of electromagnetism and antenna theory, computing technology and biomedicine etc, so it has a strong performance of multi-subjects crossed. This research project include two main contents, one is to answer whether the harm of mobile radiation exists to human body, and how much it is, that is the problem of electromagnetic dosimeter and biological effects. The other is to study the near effects of human body on antenna characteristics. The optimization designing of mobile antenna must consider the affects derived from human body, especially human head positioned near antenna and located in area of near field from antenna. This subject has a significant practical meaning and academic value. Which provides not only necessary inquiry data for drawing a standard of non-ionizing radiation protection, but also theory foundation for designing effective biological experiment plans. Meanwhile it can make a guiding role for novel approach and products with green environmental protection.According from real operating case, this paper will investigate thoroughly to modeling of cellular phone and human body system, on this foundation, and process a series of numerical simulation task.
