The research work of the dissertation is made up of two sections of microfluidic sensor andmicro flow injection analysis on a chip.1. Investigation on chemiluminescence microfluidic sensor on a chip based on molecularlyimprinted polymer as the recognition elements.Molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) that has special recognition and selectivity function fortemplate molecule is synthesized by a polymerizing reaction of a mixed solution containing a functional monomer, a cross-linker and a template in a water bath. MIP not only has attractivefeatures such as physical robustness, high strength, resistance to elevated temperature and pressure,and inertness towards acids, bases, metal ions and organic solvents, but also has excellent special recognition capacity compared with enzyme-substrate, antibody-antigen and receptor-ligand.The applications of MIP as the recognition elements in micro total analysis system (μTAS) were focused on the Surface Plasmon Resonance(SPR) sensor, Quartz Crystal Microbalance(QCM) sensor, Solid phase extraction(SPE) and sensor array. But the application of Chemiluminescence (CL) Microfluidic sensor on a chip based on the MIP as the recognition elements has not been reported. In this dissertation, a novel microfluidic sensor on a chip based on four MIPs, including terbutaline-MIP, dipyridamole-MIP, chlorpromazine-MIP and gallic acid-MIP as the recognitionelements and CL detection is described. The four microfluidic sensor chips are successfullyapplied to the determination of terbutaline, dipyridamole, chlorpromazine and gallic acidrespectively. The novelty and innovation of the microfluidic sensor chip are shown as following: First, the proposed microfluidic sensor chip not only has excellent special recognition capacity, but also has the on-line enrichment function for the analyte. In the SPE chip, organicreagents and buffer solution are required as the eluent to extract the analyte, which is difficult and makes the analysis procedure more complicated.
