During the learning process in traditional tutoring systems, the student is active but knowledge is passive, and the system's task is to tell students knowledge and answering students'questions. Our research is about Human-Knowledge Interaction, and it implements a dialogue between people and knowledge. During the process, the user submits a query, and the computer provides and recommends relevant knowledge.Currently, we are developing shareable knowledge bases of different domains, and users can query the knowledge bases both in natural language and speech. For a domain (e.g. Geography, Religion, and Music), most of the users are not very familiar with it, and they may only be interested in the domain. When a user queries the knowledge bases, his or her motivation is often not learning but a curiosity. We think that these users may become domain experts with our active feedback. The main purpose of this research is to expand the user's knowledge and skills, and stimulate the user's interests, and make the user become a domain expert in a shorter time. There are five difficult problems in the research. (1) Acquisition of users'implicit requirements. (2) Representation of knowledge requirements. (3) Measurement of implicit requirements. (4) Analysis of users'characters by their queries. (5) Evaluation of implicit requirements. To tackle these problems, we used the following methods. Firstly, we proposed the representation method of domain concept space, attribute space and theme space, and described the knowledge structure explicitly. Secondly, we used large corpus of statistical information to improve the objectivity and correctness of implicit requirements. Finally, we analyzed the user's implicit requirements based on the knowledge structure and the user's query history. The main achievements of my research include:Based on the concept space, attribute space and theme space, we proposed a method of modeling knowledge requirements and defined the explicit knowledge requirement, implicit knowledge requirement and knowledge requirement analysis. To measure the implicit knowledge requirement objectively, we defined an index set based on corpus and knowledge structure. We also proposed a method of analyzing users'cognitive errors, query level and knowledge level by users'queries. We defined nine important strategies to infer relevant requirements, such as knowledge...
