With the rapid development of the Internet and e-commerce,the logistics industry has won a broad market space with the convenience of point-to-point services.As a service-oriented industry,logistics is closely related to our daily life,and the quality of its services directly affects customer experience.Although the current level of logistics services has been greatly improved,there are still some problems to be solved in the field of logistics and distribution.At present,the distribution mode is mainly after the logistics enterprises deliver the goods,the customers can only passively wait for the receipt.However,with the development of modern fast-paced lifestyle,the physical location of people is changing at any time,and the current logistics distribution method can not meet the needs of customers signing.In view of this practical problem in the logistics distribution service,this thesis proposes the “real-time response to the customer change order delivery method”,explores the customer's real-time online change of distribution parameter information,realizes the customer's full participation and leads the distribution activities;explores the relevant logistics information system to Meet the needs of customers to change delivery information in real time.Firstly,the overall framework of intelligent distribution system which responds to customer change orders in real time is built.The basic concepts and characteristics of intelligent distribution system are put forward,and the goal of "Real-time response to flexible customer change instructions" is set.Guided by the requirements of this customer goal,business modeling and service activity definition are carried out by referring to the structure design matrix(DSM)model,and functional modules are divided objectively.In addition,using B/S(browser/server)information system structure design mode,the overall framework of the system is divided into three levels,so as to grasp the overall system design ideas.Secondly,the system core function module design.In order to better realize the business function of the intelligent distribution system,based on the in-depth investigation of customer needs,according to the framework of the intelligent distribution system and using various innovative methods,this thesis designs four core business function modules: customer change instruction sending,freight change real-time settlement,distribution path planning and change instruction execution.Finally,the demonstration application system development and demonstration.With Sublime Text 3(Enhanced Version)as compiling tool,this demonstration system is developed by Python,JavaScript,HTML5 and CSS3 four computer languages.The functions of user login module,cargo information query module,customer change instruction sending module,express freight settlement module,distribution path planning module and express logistics information management module are described in detail.Then the relevant application functions are tested to verify the reliability of the system.
