Research On Intelligence E-Business System Based On Multi-Agent

The present electronic business pattern might have already completed partially and even the majority of transaction behaviors through the network, thus reduced the transaction time greatly, reduced the transaction expense. But this electronic commerce pattern takes supplier as central exists following problems: Firstly, the information-overloading brings the lower efficiency issues. It will be more and more difficult for the man to search information and to complete the transaction, and the customer will fully suffer the pain of information-flooding, will waste the massive time and the energy;Secondly, the transaction cost is higher. Although, the dynamic electronic commerce based on the third party registration mechanism has effectively solved the information-overloading problems, along with the increasing of registration scales, the soaring maintenance cost, the very big system expenses and the possible profession monopoly will increase the transaction cost;Thirdly, the system function is frail. The present electronic commerce system has only provided the commodity information distribution, the information browse, the information selection, the transaction and so on the simple functions, but it is helpless in the electronic negotiations, in the electronic signature and in the business intelligence aspects;In addition, it also has the insufficient security, the short of mobility, the single access way and the not perfect policy law and so on.The agent technology that applies in electronic business makes it the true trend of intellectualization. This research is for the purpose of discussing a kind of new electronic business pattern, attempting to solve the electronic business efficiency, the cost and the business intelligence issues. It applies the agent technology and the modern artificial intelligence method in electronic business will establish an intellectualized electronic business environment, enhances the efficiency of electronic business, reduces the transaction cost, and realizes the business processing intelligently.The intelligence electronic business system (IEBS) is a multi-agent system;itholds the post of the electronic business by different function agent as the main body to complete the business activity cooperation. The IEBS intelligent characteristic manifests in two aspects: One is agent that simulates the human behavior took as the main body of business activity;the other is the application of the modern artificial intelligence technology causes the business processing intellectualized.This thesis has deeply researched on the relation of agent and IEBS, the framework of IEBS, intelligence processing to main businesses and its electronic negotiation system in theory. Firstly, it introduces the concept of agent and its features, designs its formal model named HSA model, the organizational structure of multi-agent system and the strategies of resources distribution, task dispatch and migration;Then, it researches its framework model of IEBS, which includes its conceptual model, the working model and the structure of the system, analyzes its business flow. It studies the intelligence processing of main businesses in IEBS, which includes supplier resources discovery and its credit evaluation, optimization algorithm of order plan based on the multi-objective evolution programming and the intelligent transaction payment protocol by using evolution computation and BP neural network and so on;Finally, it designs parallel genetic negotiation model that faces the multi-issues, electronic negotiation protocol and the electronic negotiation system.
