With the computer technology developing continuously and the mathematical theory and method penetrating through various subject and applications field more abroad and deeply, in the 21st information century, the optimization theories and technology will be sure to play more and more important role in a good many aspects of the society. Thus the great potential exists in the genetic arithmetic solving to complex optimal problems. The optimal design in the complex industry engineering field is an important research direction of genetic arithmetic The paper brings forward first the theory of Gene Handle Genetic Arithmetic, GHGA, and perfectly solves the optimal design problem of the main transformer's electromagnetic structure of high-speed electric power locomotive. Aiming at the complex engineering optimal design problem of the main transformer of high- speed electric power locomotive, the paper develops the following task: I. On the basis of whole project optimization to the locomotive's main transformer, the optimization standard mathematical model of the main transformer's electromagnetic structure is constructed which is consist of 13 discrete variables, 17 subjecting to conditions, 2 optimization target functions of volume and weight. 2. The theory innovation: When seeking for result of the presented optimal mathematical model, the problems are found. The traditional optimization method doesn't work, the genetic arithmetic becomes the main research object, but the simple GA is hard to converge or converges to local optimal solution. So that author puts forward the theory of GHGA, and its the mathematical expression and optimization strategy. And the theoretical analysis of GHGA population diversity is offered. The theory proves that the GHGA is the whole convergence and high efficient artt,hmetic. 3.The design technology innovation. The mathematical model covers the key design technology including the solution of complex short-circuit impedance, the confirmation of shortest distance between oil tank and winding (including- shield technology), leakage flux disturbance computation among windings, etc. The paper adopts two chapters to make the detailed corresponding theoretical analysis, and sets up a set of the innovation design technology of the complex engineering optimal design problem. The new design method is proved valid through experiments. This set of design technology fills up blank in China and possesses self-determination knowledge property right. 4.The above mathematical model is resolved with four kinds of different GA, The outcome proves: the simple GA is difficult to converge, or converging to local optimal solution; GIIGA converges certainly; GEGA converges to local optimization solution; GHGA is the whole area and quick GA. The research job of this paper indicates: The optimization problem of practical complex engineering needs multiple subject synthetically knowledge to resolve. That from theory to application, finding new theory in application, and then using the new theory to guide practical application is the dialectic of theory development, also the dialectic of application technology development.. |
