Abstract/Summary:
Due to the importance of electronic government affair (EGA) business system, the modeling of EGA business system has been discussed abroad by all parts. But the research of modeling methodology still is in a developing stage, lack of complete theories framework and concrete method, hard to satisfy practical demand. For this, the thesis concentrates on the modeling study of the EGA business system based on role and multi-agent theories in order to study the integration modeling framework of the EGA business system, concrete modeling method and the abstraction of business model. The research result has important theoretical and realistic significance to enrich the system modeling theories, guide the modeling study of EGA business system, and improve the scientificalness, flexibility and intelligence of system construction.First, the integration modeling framework based on the RN&MA theory is proposed which combines enterprise modeling and advanced agent modeling technique.3D cubic system structure is built that uses three concepts, namely dimension, layer and attribute, from the three domains of EGA business analysis, namely, business model domain, system development domain and the model abstract domain. The integration modeling framework is defined through the use of N dimension vector space and tuple concepts and the algorithm of integration modeling is given that lays the theoretical foundation for the definition, representation and implementation of model.Then, the principle and path of abstract dimension modeling is put forward and the grid tool and blueprint of abstract dimension modeling is presented for the deeper research of abstract dimension modeling. The multi-agent system is studied through the isomorphism characteristics analysis of human society and its organization structure with multi-agent system, which makes the establishment of abstract dimension modeling frame system have theories source foundation. RN&MA modeling system is systemized and perfected by the research for the classification, framework system and the logic relation of the internal elements of each layer models of abstract dimension model. The interaction and message deliver with each other among roles, tasks, agents may be better expressed in meta-model through introducing finite automaton and revising interaction primitive. Further, the modeling method of business process, the core of view dimension is proposed based on SST modeling path and event drive method, including not only the modeling stages, activities and meta-models of business process, but also the modeling steps of business process and the integrated method of business with technology. Aim at the shortcoming of the combination between the role and the agent, a muti-layer framework mode is put forward including mapping principle, mapping relation definition to solve the fast transition from requirement model based on RN theory to design model based on MA.The model uses agent as executors to describe the intercommunion and cooperation in business process activity through the agent binded with role in the business process analysis and the role can be added or canceled dynamically, which solves the lack problem of the flexibility, intelligence and feedback of model, and the lack problem of the executor's dynamic and initiative characteristics.Finally, The analysis and design modeling of electronic government procurement(EGP) system, one of the EGA system, is solved by RN&MA-DLA integration modeling method's application in EGP system, in the meantime, the usage of modeling method proposed in this thesis is illustrated.
