E-learning resources development and application is the core of education informationization. However, at present, there are some widespread bottleneck problems in the development and application of E-learning resources, which directly restrict the speed of education informationization process. These typical bottleneck problems include: the lack of pertinence, system and standard in the resource developed, and blindness in application. The main cause of these problems is that the development and application methods of the E-learning resource are not scientific enough. In allusion to the prevailing problems above, this paper researched middle-school physics E-learning resources development and application methods from different aspects, such as middle-school physics course content classification, common integrating point diagnosis, resource structure and development methods, digital simulation laboratory design and development. The main research outcomes are as following:1. Systematically study the middle-school physics course content types, the ideal teaching procedure and common integrating points of each content type, and the solution mode of each integrating point. Propose effective E-learning resource structures to solve difficulties in every common integrating point.2. Bring forward the overall structure and resource development methods of middle-school physics E-learning resource database on the base of systematic analysis of E-learning resource structure in every common integrating point type.3. Systematically study the mode and design methods of middle-school physics digital simulation laboratory, design and realize Physics Electrics Experiment Digital Simulation Platform.4. Systematically study the teaching and learning modes and plans of different course content types in middle-school physics, and the teaching strategy and method of each mode and plan. Based on this study, pose the teaching and learning courseware integrating platform structure.5. Systematically analyze the function characteristics of different digital environment, put forward the possible teaching and learning modes of different course content types in each digital environment.
