| The study on practicality and generation of educational theory, which is not only a thinking of the legitimacy of education discipline, but also a process of a dialogue of educational theory and practice. For a long time, scholars of academic circles have generally been paid close attention to this problem. Therefore, this paper based on the summary analysis and references of predecessors’ research achievements, analyzes the combinative question of educational theory and practice, puts forward the combination strategy of educational theory and practice.Educational theory is a unity of scientific, value and practical three qualities consists of a series of concepts, proposition and inferences with logical connection, etc. As to educational practice, which is on the purpose of “for peopleâ€, in pursuit of “goodâ€, having educational, situational and practical reason connotation and characteristics. In this paper, we think the basic connotation of practicality of educational theory involved three parts, such as educational theory and practice is a dialectical unification; the theory’s inner “critical†interest is the basic value orientation of educational theory; practice is the criterion for testing the value of educational theory. By reviewing the important educational theory and ideology in the history of education, the paper analyzes the development status of current situation on educational theory, such as the defeat of educational science road, the forgotten of practical nature, etc. And then it analyses the present situation and existing problems of theory and practice of education from the view of theorists and practitioners, such as academia and practice circle’s different understandings of the relationship between theory and practice, different ways of thinking and narrative methods of them, the reason of different professional division of them etc. Reflecting on the educational theory and pointing out the practical philosophy’s impact on it. Then discussing the nature of educational theory and classification, pointed out that practicality is the essential attribute of education theory. Then it analyzed the content,structure, elements and characteristics of practical education theory briefly.For the generations of practical education theory, it puts forward countermeasures from five aspects, which are generation logic, generated theoretical subject, generating material--practitioner’s personal theory, generating field--school’s life world and main way--induction. |
