Study Of Rural Urbanization In China

The rural urbanization is the inherent request for the development of productivity, and is the way to realize integration between urban and rural areas. The purpose of the thesis is to show essential intension, operating mechanism and rule of development of the rural urbanization, and to appraise the degree of the rural urbanization according to qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis, and to put forward the perspective and effective developing policy, the strategic objective , the train of thought of development , the countermeasure and suggestion and policy of rural urbanization in our country in order to quicken the rural urbanization in our country and succeed in promoting the realization of the goal of building well-off society in an all-round way and the strategic goals of the third stage. With Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong's Thought, Deng Xiaoping's Theory and the important thought of 'Three Represents' as guides and on the basis of economics theory, I use the following several kinds of research approaches: ①the abstract analysis method combined with the concrete analysis method; ②the standard analysis method combined with the positive analysis method; ③the quality analysis method combined with the quantity analysis method; ④the static analysis method combined with the dynamic analysis method; ⑤the compare analysis method combined with the history analysis method; ⑥the structure analysis method combined with the system analysis method. I run through the investigation in these methods: First, carry on the extensive investigation to the rural urbanization of several typical areas in our country to get the overall and abundant firsthand materials; Second, collect relevant materials on the net by the information means to benefit comparative analysis; Third, call relevant experts and departmental principals to attend the symposium, and carry on expert's consultation. On the basis of collecting the abundant materials, process these materials, through reasonable analysis, thinking and research, strive to form relatively systematic research results which are innovative and leading in theory and which are directional and operational in practice. This text centers on the subject——China's rural urbanization from the following 4 parts. The first part: Introduction. Mainly expatiates on the current internal and external situation of study, the realistic background of study, the purpose and meaning of study and the focal point and method of study of this selected title to offer a platform to carry on the theory analysis and the positive analysis about rural urbanization later. The second part: Chapter 1 to chapter 4. This part is theory analysis of the thesis. On the premise of analyzing the theoretical research situation of rural urbanization in detail and standing on the basis of forefathers' research results, carry further through basic analysis to unveil the meaning, characteristic, type, level measurement of the rural urbanization, and analyze the principle of the structure effect of the rural urbanization; it uses these theories and principles to probe into reliance and mechanism of China's rural urbanization, to build the mechanism system of rural urbanization, to show the inherent law how the rural urbanization runs and the condition under which the mechanism system of rural urbanization operates. Chapter 1 analyzes the meaning of rural urbanization: First, rural labor move to the non-agricultural industries and to cities and towns; Second, the urban network system should be set up and perfected; Third, cities and towns repay countryside, the urban mode of production and life style is spread to the countryside, promoting the constant improvement of rural technology equipment, and the modernization of agriculture and peasant's life style; Fourth, urban and rural is merged, realize the high sharing of resources as a whole.
