This thesis would like to focus on the Art and Design Education Managements researches in higher educational institution of China and Malaysia for the issue of problems facing and the market development strategy. Definition and positioning of Art and Design Educational Branding in Higher Education is urgently needed by the market, so as to carry out a reasonable strategy of art and design educational property management. And this will become the creative conceptualism innovation of this thesis. Beginning from the educational market definition yields research, since the Higher Education of China trying to widen out recruit student and after the amendment of1996Malaysia Higher Education Acts, the Art and design education market in both country has gradually formed. This thesis is trying to discuss from the question consciousness as spindle, fellow by the implement of the education of art and design on individual case. To explore solve the problem of the management and developments of art and design education. In view of the particularity of the subject education of art design, this paper is trying to carry out the elaboration base on two parts, which are " folio presentation " and the " study environment "This paper is divided into five chapters:First Chapter is to introduce the feasibility study on Branding of Art and Design Education with the series of main subject supposition. From the theory of Branding, trying to category the characteristic of market Branding development, and point out the " folio presentation " and the " study environment " play the vital role in the processing of building up the Branding. It has been proved the practicality and abilities of development potential.Second Chapter is manage to definite and positioning the " Folio Presentation " and " Study Environment " Folio Presentation identifying as the property achievements of art and design education, as a performance behavior of Intellectual property, through the art and design education presentation to upgrade the confirming of art and design education branding's value and qualitative. Study Environment identifying as the resources achievements of art and design education, to support the complete teaching and learning platform. In order to achieve the learning objective, the Study Environment plays as an important tool and information resources in the daily learning scene. In this category of teaching and learning, the qualitative of education is under control by the basic elements and the principles of Art and Design Education Branding. Education quality is the lifeline of education.The third Chapter is to determine four important researches on Art and Design Education Branding issues, there are The Branding Cultural of Art and Design Education, The Strategy of Art and Design Education Branding, The Marketing Plan of Art and Design Education Branding, The Management of Art and Design Education Branding. These four issues are consisting of the important elements for the Folio Presentation and the Study Environment to complete the developments of Art and Design Education Branding.Chapter four is quantitative researches in order to develop and to determine the problems of Art and Design Education Branding. The methods of quantitative researches are Questionnaire and Further Interview Concept. The Questionnaire was targeted on the Malaysia Art and Design Higher Institution, students and the lecturers are the Questionnaire survey participants. In additional, professional of Art and Design were also been surveyed in this process, and the important of Art and Design Education Branding is obviously presented. The objective of Further Interview is to obtain the individual subjective opinion and the initial knowledge.Chapter five is focusing on deeply discussion about the management of Art and Design Education Branding. Divided into three parts, there are Strategy Management, Standardized Management, Marketing and Management. The entire researches base on the Folio Presentation and the Study Environment to categories the Art and Design Education Branding.This dissertation content is positioned as "Reflex ivity" proposes on the theoretical level, it needs some further constructive and practicality to discover. Hope, it will be discovered by some more people and scholar to involve in this practicing and the thesis will be fulfilled by the future developments.
