Abstract/Summary:
The new century, humanity faces era of knowledge economy, the development of China’s reform and opening up design education, like China’s economy has maintained the momentum of rapid development. Development of art and design education in our country is affected by many environmental, on the one hand from the art and design education model developed for the reference design of a far-reaching educational model; the other art and design education since the political and economic situation since the founding of change by impacts experienced by the Arts and Crafts era education system of planned economy to a rapid process of transition of modern design education system under the market economy after the reform and opening up, China’s art and design education, has entered the stage of development, are maturing. However, compared with Western countries, the level of design and art design arts education levels, all with a certain gap. Mainly in art and design education system and the purpose is not clear, personnel training more conservative ideas, theory building, practical experience, and accumulated achievements are not perfect.Based on how the current development of art and design education in the modern art of the impact on the traditional mode of thinking to re-examine, explore the road to change in art and design education, it is worth exploring. By analyzing multi-dimensional paper discusses relevance of art and design education and external environment, in a specific environment, further analysis of the causes of design education model and the challenges faced after upgrading to propose some practical solutions. For the study of the teaching of the main problems, and to explore new economic era art and design personnel training requirements and our art and design education, teaching and reasonable mode. To the new economic era, such a specific period of time, a clear development direction of China’s design education, to change the traditional concepts of education, a new location, purpose and philosophy to adapt to the new economic era culture demands of high-quality, creative talents. With the deepening of reform of higher education in the current era of the new economy of art and design education issues were discussed, and further deepen the reform college of art and design education system, to effectively rectify and standardize and improve compliance with Chinese characteristics, college of art and design education has practical significance.
