| Objective:stroke associated pneumonia (SAP) is one of the complications of cerebral apoplexy, both morbidity and mortality are high. This study of previous stroke and SAP collection, analysis, the basis of modern research, summarize the TCM etiology and pathogenesis of SAP, and create the treatment principles of Huatan Xingshen Kaiqiao,which is made to prevent and control the occurrence of SAP with acupuncture.Methods:this study is a prospective randomized controlled trial, with the patients suffering sudden stroke within 24 hours, while not yet been suffering from SAP as test object.80 cases were collected, According to the acupuncture groups:control group=1:1 proportion randomly divided into two groups. the control group is given stroke foundation treatment, while the acupuncture group is given the acupuncture treatment besides the foundation treatment,1 times a day, a total of 7 days. By comparing the patients’ symptom-score, sign-score and laboratory data points, draw conclusions about the test.Results:1. The symptom-score of the acupuncture group and the control group before and after treatment has a significant difference, the difference between the two groups(P<0.01).2.There was significant difference between the sign-score of the acupuncture group and control group before and after treatment(P<0.05) 3. The laboratory data points of the acupuncture group and the control group before and after treatment has a significant difference, the difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The WBC cells is significantly different (P<0.01).4. The effect of the acupuncture group and the control group is statistically significantly different in the incidence of SAP (P<0.05). Conclusion:The Huatan Xingshen Kaiqiao treatment principle for patients with stroke,leads to the result that the symptom-score, sign-score, and laboratory data points of the acupuncture group is all lower than the control group, the morbidity is also lower than the control group. |
