The speed of modern organ transplanting technology's development is incredible, mystery of human's mechanism becomes so simple and amiable as if in one night, so far, besides the cerebrum, humanity's all internal organs can be transplanted. During the situation of the medicine technological rationality which visits human body quiet easily, it seems that as if the person itself is far away from pain brought by diseases and the fear produced by death day after day. they dances with joy for the extension of life time and the enhancement of life quality. The organ transplantation has earned ethics' support precisely for its the ultimate goal of enhancing human healthy, rejecting humanity died and the huge blessing which provided to the human from the historic experiences life as well. Rational ethics constructs organ transplantation's ethics together with practical ethics. First of all organ transplanting technology own rational ethics as rationaty. It narrows the distance between medical technology and bioethics theory, ensures the value of life though extensing life time and improving the state of life, and it is an inevitable requirement of medical ontology. The rational ethics of organ transplantation is showed by feasible performance, great number ,involving many aspects and so on.The ethical dimensions of modern practical ethics of organ transplantation include state - situation ethics, individual - a collective ethics, the region - the world ethics. its principles include the autonomy principle, justice principles of micro distribution and equal principles of social resources allocation. The technology concern of organ transplantation embodies not only the"goodness" of ethical sense, but also the demanding of "happiness".The diversity of morality ,as to the ethical principles situational ethics, moral choice of diversity and moral judge of the differences, is so inter-related answers to important questions that the modern organ transplantation won the ethics of asylum easily, but this does not mean that the medical action running out of the supervision and evaluation by ethical principles and norms completely. On the contrary, with the develepment of technology of organ transplantation, the ethics monitors it harshly. The technology of organ transplantation, in some extent, forces to change the natural properties of organs, such over-reliance on technology has also brought a series of ethical issues. These problems include the same kinds of organs of the ethical issues and xenotransplantation ethical issues. The former refers to the principal: live organ donation, died body organ donation and the organ donation of body facing death penalty. The latter including: cross-species infection, the risk of technology and how to understand the nature of human life and other ethical issues. From the way of achieving the organ transplantation, it includs ethical issues of voluntary donation, presumed consent and commercialization. The existence of such an organ transplant or ethical issues on people's legal rights pose a threat to human or ethical position of their own to challenge the more serious human value system has also been an unprecedented sense of the question. How to deal with both of these difficult and quite reasonable, how to help put an organ transplant technology, and to follow through on the experience proved to be the correct ethical principles, is to enjoy the bounty of human organ transplant is of no use to reflect on The share of responsibility. These, of course, the emergence of ethical issues and corresponding countermeasures seems to hint that the existence of an organ transplant ethical shortcomings, but a deeper understanding of the term should be for their organs to transplant technology and ethics and strict supervision of more advanced, the organ transplant co-morality and ethical value is in this criticism of torture and to prove.Under the impacting of post-modernism ideas, it seems much fuzzier to the original significance of the life than the modernism. They get headache by torturing to exhausted because they can not get decent accommodation as if falls into the predestined fate of history. To organ transplantation, this fate is the post-modern people to freedom as a reason to feverishly against the ethical bound of organ transplantation, after some of the inherent meaning of life and the value of the principles of hurricane moving severe challenges, only to find them get into the non-moralism and difficult to pull themselves out of the mire. The painful experiences together with idea of abstract ethical freedom, they had no choice but to realize that their previous fulling of nostalgic ethic norms to such an extent that would like to find a life filled with the substance of the ethics of ethics (such as the code of ethics or principles) to specific organ transplantation operations to provide advice. This, in turn, strengthen the persuasion of the traditional ethical principles of ethics and good sense organ transplant technology free of restrictions, which restricts development of organ transplantation technology. This indicates that although medical technology rationality has contributed to the development of human freedom, but it still faces many complex uncertainties. In pluralistic morality of the post-modernism, demonstrating ethical connotations of organ transplantation, breaking through some strong restrictions of the traditional moral principles for the development of organ transplants ,broadering morality freedom spaces, thus has become an immediate inescapable responsibility to bioethics...
