Study On Stranguria Literature In TCM And The Syndrome Treatment Regular Rule

Based on the literature of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper has researched into the recipe and medicine of the medical treatment for stranguria with traditional Chinese medicine in the past and present. With modern statistical method, the regular pattern of the adoption of medicine and the selection of treatment is summarized based on the differential diagnosis. The paper consists of three parts: The first part is mainly the review of literature and outlines the evolution of name, the etiology, the pathogenesis, the diagnosis, the standard of syndrome-classification, the principles of treatment and therapeutic method of the stranguria; with statistical method, the second part carries out the frequency-analysis, the cluster-analysis of the medicine for stranguria in the past and present and discusses the regular pattern of the adoption of medicine and the selection of treatment for stranguria based on the differential diagnosis;based on the result of the statistical analysis, the third part proposes the etiological hypothesis of stranguria and the regular pattern of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine, and summarizes a series of recipe and medicine which can be provided for clinical reference and application.
