The subject tried to authenticate efficacy, safety and other effects of FuMai particles treating premature ventricular contraction using modern clinical research methods. Based on it, old famous professors'experience was inherited and carried forward and futher research foundation was layed.MethodsThe subject which used Fu Mai particles as treatment group chose recognized arrhythmias that had good effects of proprietary Chinese medicine compound-firm controlled drugs-Wen Xin particles. The subject was designed as prospective randomized controlled single-blind study, and so scientific verification and evaluation of pulse particles complex contracts before sexual period of efficacy and safety, and observed Fu Mai particle on complex contracts before contraction period of electrocardiogram curative effect, Chinese medicine with the influence of main symptom scores without cardiac degradation, and caused adverse reactions such as arrhythmia, and verified the clinical efficacy and safety further. Observational measures(Holter ECG, QT dispersion, myocardium oxygen consumption (MOC),platelet aggregation rate, syndrome score of TCM and Safety index(blood,Urine, stool, liver and kidney function, electrolytes and chest X-ray), were collected before and after treatment. In the end of the treatment, we compared the therapeutic effect of Holter ECG, the therapeutic effect of syndrome score of TCM, the change of QT dispersion, the change of myocardium oxygen consumption and the change of platelet aggregation rate.Result1.
