| The fundamental goal of planning and design of public green space is to provide a convenient, safe, comfortable, healthy and beautiful rest place for urban residents. Therefore, the studies of the public green space shall be based on people orientation and be practically convenient to urban residents. Based on the theories and methods in such related disciplines as geography, landscape ecology, environment-behavior studies and environmental psychology and centering on the core issue whether the planning, design and management of green land of parks in the main urban area of Fuzhou are humanized or not, the paper attempts to build a comprehensive appraisal system.From the starting points of objective environments, subjective behaviors and psychological perspective, the paper evaluates whether the green land of parks meets all the users' leisure demands or not from four aspects:spatial distribution pattern, occupancy conditions, leisure behavior preference and landscape visual effects of park green land from the macroscopic, mesoscopic, microscopic views, and finds the existing problems and puts forward the optimization proposals, and provides important information and scientific basis for the design, construction and management of Fuzhou park green lands and provides references and examples for the design and management of park green lands in other cities.Firstly, the spatial structure, spatial rank distribution rules, spatial morphology distribution characteristics and landscape distribution pattern of park green lands in the main urban area of Fuzhou are analyzed and evaluated at the mesh scales of lkmxlkm, 1.5km×1.5km and 2km×2km by using spatial distribution model of populations, probability distribution model, fractal model and landscape pattern indexes, so as to probe into whether urban park green lands meet the living and leisure demands of residents in the overall spatial layout level, and provide basis for the improvement of overall layout of urban park green lands.Secondly, basic data of users' activities in different time periods of both workdays and rest days of summer and autumn in main parks of the main urban area of Fuzhou are collected by means of field observation, interviews, etc., and the occupancy conditions of park green lands is assessed from such aspects as spatial and temporal distribution, activity types, activity place and landscape demands with the help of SPSS, and whether the design, layout, function and management etc. of a single park meet the using demands of users or not is discussed, which provide basis for improving service facilities, perfecting functions and enhancing management level of parks.Thirdly, questionnaire survey is done over the leisure people with different social characteristics in the park green lands and behavior preference of leisure people is analyzed and appraised by POE method, and the problems in the aspects of humanized planning and design of parks are discovered; moreover the leisure behaviors of different groups of leisure people are compared, which further reveals the behavioral difference characteristics and provides scientific basis for parks to create leisure environment meeting the demands of different groups of leisure people.Fourthly, conduct quantitative assessment over the visual effects of major public green space in the main urban area of Fuzhou, main sight spots in the green space and landscape types and impact of smell and hearing sense organs over the visual effects by adopting SD method to explore whether the public green space meets the recreation demand and sense organs demand of leisure residents. Adopt factor analysis to extract the common factor to find out major design elements of public green space landscape (scenic spots), providing references for the departments of park construction and design to better serve the residents. |
