A Study On Outdoor Environment Design Of Current Middle School Campus In China With Beijing Haidian District As An Example

Students in middle school are the future of our country. It is sacrosanct in our constitution to Secondary school students are the future of the country. Secondary school students should be provided a good environment for both the sanctity of our Constitution and the internal requirement of the education development. Outdoor campus environment of secondary schools in modern China has made remarkable achievements, but there also exist many problems both in theory and in practice. In recent years, the outdoor environment on the campus of domestic research is gradually increasing, but few researchers specifically focused on outdoor campus environment, in which many of these research are from the planning and architectural design point of view. The research on Landscape Design of the outdoor campus environment is still in a relatively empty stage.The aim of this thesis is based on the perspective of landscape design. Through extensive literature review and field research, both theoretical and practical aspects of the outdoor environment of middle school are studied. This thesis can be divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical study that secondary school outdoor environment is affected by two main factors:secondary school education that decides the development of campus, secondary school students that are the main users of the outdoor environment on campus. analysis of home and abroad school history and the future direction, The historical context is clarified, and the development of China's current education and campus trend are proposed. In-depth understanding of the relationship between students and outdoor campus environment lead to the main target of the design of outdoor campus environemnt in modern China This is the theoretical basis of campus outdoor environmental design ideas..The second part is the investigation and analysis of the outdoor environment for secondary school study. Through a lot of field research and analysis, discovery and summary of the problems in the current construction of the outdoor environment in middle school, the principle for outdoor campus environment design is proposed, which is an innovation. Current middle school outdoor environment design are intensively analyzed, summarized, and verified through case study. Another feature of the thesis is from practice to practice. Currently, outdoor campus environments face large-scale renovation and expansion, but there are many problems in the construction. Then the principles, methods and case study are carried out. The second part is the thesis' main focus.National competition in the 21st century is based on education, so it is our responsibility as the landscape design workers to create a better secondary school outdoor environment for student to develop themselves mentally and physically.
