| This paper have established the management of ecological construction system, and around the type of ecological construction have selected 3 types of the ecological construction project model that the author preside over during the Doctor process, composed a complete structure that have both theory and identification. System is the core of paper. It takes the advantage of all kinds of domestic and international system, and has summarized the practical experience in application, with the characteristic of science,advantage and practicality . All of the contents and systematic network relations of systematic essential factors are rebuilt by author. 3 models are spread around the system, being the forward position of current ecological construction, representative selects as far as possible. The workload is extensive, including 4 years' work of getting the Doctor degree. These researches include national scientific key-problems,ministries' and provinces' programs and other lateral programs. All of these are presided over completely and tested personally by author. The content includes laboratorial research,the out-room work ,ecological program and feasibility research.Ecological construction has become the main part of ecology in recent years and has gotten notable effect, but it's really that some management departments and operators lack a set of ecological guidance method, so that, the operation of other systematic is weak, in many respects make copy stiffly, so bring many leaks.According to the problem in ecology construction, author absorbs the beneficial compositions of various environmental management systems with systematic theory as guidance. The characteristic of this system is to regard ecological construction as a whole course of life period, correct the view that construction is building. This system divides into 6 levels and 21 essential factors.
