| Sichuan-Tibet Railway is a national major regional infrastructure project with great difficulty and far-reaching environmental impact.Its construction will bring great disturbance to the fragile ecosystem of Tibetan areas along the route,among which the disturbance produced by railway station area is the most persistent and prominent.The construction of station and station area of Sichuan-Tibet Railway is likely to bring many disturbing factors to the ecological environment and ecological security pattern along the railway,such as landscape alienation,natural ecological area encroachment,habitat deterioration and so on.The natural ecological environment and the social and economic model dominated by Tibetans along the Sichuan-Tibet railway have great regional uniqueness,and the social development and economic background have the strongest influence on the development of this region.The research of railway station areas in mainland China and abroad is based on the development situation of station towns,which is far better than that of regional towns along Sichuan-Tibet railway,and the corresponding development mode of railway station areas has obvious inapplicability.Based on this,this paper selects typical benchmarking cases along the QinghaiTibet railway and The Lata-China Railway with highly similar social development background and ecological environment.In this paper,by comparing the lines and stations,the natural ecology and resource endowment along the route,social economy and urban development,etc.,the similarities and differences between the benchtop case and the development foundation of the stations to be built on the Sichuan-Tibet Railway are judged,the rationality of case selection is verified,and the key points of case experience are put forward.Secondly,the case analysis is used to study the construction and development mode of railway station area in the ecologically fragile,harsh natural environment and economically underdeveloped areas.This paper summarizes the alternative development mode of railway station from the aspects of site selection,development scale,spatial layout and functional composition of station area,and analyzes the key factors of specific development mode from the level of interaction between station area and town.Then,based on the comparison of key factors,the development model of Sichuan-Tibet railway station under ecological constraints is proposed.This paper gives an answer to the questions of site selection,scale,spatial layout and the construction and development of land use functions of railway station blocks in such ecologically sensitive and fragile areas with harsh natural environment and underdeveloped economy.Finally,based on the interference control,the ecological construction strategy of railway station area along the Sichuan-Tibet Railway is refined.In view of the interference types and key points of interference control in Sichuan-Tibet railway station,the principles and objectives of ecological construction of station area are established,the framework of ecological constraint for development of station area is constructed,and the strategies to guide the development of ecological construction of station area are summarized. |
