Study On Cluster Demand Flow Netwoek Members Management

As the main mode of regional economic development and important organization form of industry development, industrial clusters are widespread, and bring many positive effects to the development of regional economy and enterprises.To pursue scale economy and scope economy, a large number of corresponding enterprises gather in the same region. Through sharing resources, mutual cooperation, increasing competition and stimulating innovation between enterprises gathered, cluster core competitive power is formed, which can promote regional economic development and drive the further development of the enterprises at the same time. International organizations and local governments pay more and more attention to the cultivation and development of industrial cluster s and development of clusters upsurges worldwide. As the "world manufacturing center", industrial clusters are increasingly growing in number and play a more and more important role in the economic development of China. At the same time, the development of clusters also faces many problems in China. In addition to the congenital deficiencies of cluster enterprises, lack of effective production organization mode and collective action rules is the main problem, which lead to serious products structure convergence phenomenon, low- level repeated and unordered competition phenomenon. Deficiency of a variety of formal and informal effective mechanisms promoting interaction and mutual promotion between cluster enterprises is the major cause hindering the development of industrial cluster s in China.Facing the plight of industrial clusters development in China, in addition to the relevant government departments have actively introduced various policies to support clusters development at various levels, academia is also in constant research and exploration on industrial clusters development and governance. But most studies are from the macro perspective of government or public resources construction point of view, with lack of studies from the perspective of cluster enterprises which are the main bodies of the cluster. Related theory of cluster supply chain is put forward, which makes up for the gap to some extent and provides a new train of thought on studying clusters from the perspective of cluster enterprise. But the theory of cluster supply chain with the traditional supply chain management thoughts as the instruction still has many limitations at present. In this background, taking demand flow network theory as reference,this paper puts forward the basic theory of cluster demand flow network and studies the members management of cluster demand flow network(CDFN), in order to offer an adaptive mode of production organization to industrial cluster and provide reasonable effective specification for cluster enterprise competition and cooperation.First, this paper puts forward the basic theory of cluster demand flow network. Connotation and related basic concepts of CDFN are defined and analysed, including the definition of CDFN concept, analysis of CDFN flow structure and organization structure.Evolution of CDFN is discussed based on the ability of grasping demand; CDFN is classified based on the sources and types of core enterprise.Characteristics and the applicability to industrial clusters governance of CDFN are analyzed.Members constitution of CDFN and collaboration between members are analyzed. Instability of CDFN is analyzed, and the influence factors of CDFN instability also are summed up. Concrete examples of CDFN are discussed finally.Secondly, this paper builds a system of cluster demand flow network members management. Connotation of CDFN member management is defined.And analysis of CDFN stability formation mechanism shows that CDFN member management plays a decisive role in CDFN stability formation. CDFN member management subjects are divided by the analysis of CDFN member management stakeholders. Content of CDFN member management is analyzed based on operating process of CDFN. Also hierarchical of CDFN member management is discussed in accordance with the content and scope of member management. This paper presents mechanisms of CDFN member management, including selection mechanism and contract mechanism and platform mechanism. Then a CDFN innovative member management mode based on third party platform is proposed.Thirdly, this paper builds some mechanisms and models of CDFN members relationship establishing and CDFN member trust management. The general process and model of CDFN members relationship establishing are discussed.Then a mechanism of the core enterprise group cooperative relationship formation is provided,also models of the node enterprises selection and number decisionmaking are built. Basic profit coordination between CDFN members is studied, mainly including the basic principles and modes of profit distribution. Then basic profit distribution plan of the core enterprise group is designed. This paper studies the mechanism of CDFN member trust management. Connotation of CDFN member trust relationship is defined.then based on the analysis of CDFN member trust factors, some promotion strategies are given.Finally, this paper studies the specific models of cluster demand flow network member management, including the study on knowledge integration of the core enterprise group and the study on motivation of node enterprises. Through analysis of the connotation, significance and basic principles of the core enterprise group knowledge integration, a demand value driven integration model is put forward. Then this paper studies knowledge sharing and knowledge overflow problems in knowledge integration, and builds a coordination model of knowledge sharing, the effectiveness of the model is verified by simulation. In the study of node enterprises motivation, after the analysis of the strategies and methods of node enterprise motivation, based on bi-level programming, a dynamic quality incentive model for single-homing node enterprise and a quantity incentive model for multi-homing node enterprise are respectively constructed, and the effectiveness of the models is verified through simulation.
