The Logistics Theory, Model And Run Mechanism Of Military Demand Flow Network

All of our behaviors are to the motive of satisfying our demands. As a military action, military logistics guarantee the usual and wartime actions of troops. In the future military rivalry system, the changeful military demands should be satisfied by the logistics system, to fulfill this task, the time gap between the demand and the supply should be eliminated and a no-gap connection that is synchro between the demand and supply should be formed. Military Demand Flow Network(MDFN) is proposed in this paper, it accentuate the optimization of resource configuration in more wide thought space and time space, through closer communications with the needing departments finding out the present demands and future demands, promoting the coordination an correspondent between the local enterprise, military logistics and the guaranteed objectives, and the core guaranteeing abilities of the logistics network should be cultured to consolidate the rapid correspondent to the military demands. The main innovations and works of this research can be generalized as follows:(1) The current situation and problems of military logistics in our country are analyzed, and Military Demand Flow Network is proposed which is composed of several units that are independent and interdependent classified by specialized differentiation and coordination of labor. It has nine characters:face to troops demands; typical reticulation structure; dynamic;agility; complexity; reliability; centralize; flexible; and information asymmetry. The MDFN has two modes: peacetime MDFN and wartime MDFN.(2) The MDFN is designed to ensure the coordination of national economy and national defense security and satisfy the demands of the troops well with lower cost of war. The principles of the MDFN construction are that leaded by the logistics demands, supply integration and the coordination of the net nodes. Based on above, a cooperating model of the MDFN which communicate fast and satisfy the military demands well is proposed.(3) The basic function, principles and procedure of nodes in the MDFN are suggested in this paper; and a mathematic method for the nodes site selection and topological optimization is proposed. . (4) Based on the different characters of different time, the peacetime and wartime operation modes of MDFN are proposed in this paper, the differences and commons are analyzed also.the different operation of the network in different times is analyzed based on which a stock control model both fit for the usual time and wartime is designed, and a stock strategy for the network is proposed with some models, there is a mathematic example followed.(5) To ensure the actualization of the thought of the MDFN, the concept, function and characters of information system are discussed in this paper, also the principles of the information system building and standardization are elaborated. At last, The MDFN information system framework is designed.(6) Through representative case studies, the practical analysis of MDFN operation features is made by introduce the MDFN rudiments in real world, and we try to use more of its theory to reconstruct the logistics of our troops.
