In the non-working population, The elderly spend the least, children spending ability even is more than the male labor force in some ways.Income has a significant positive impact on consumer spending, while other factors hamper income. Family microstructure, public infrastructure, pension and health insurance and other social security system are affecting the expenditure of the western rural residents in varying degrees.
