Distribution pattern, it breaks the traditional industries to make resources across industries, element and structure change, prompting the enterprise innovation activities within the specific industry readjustment, influence the direction of the industry innovation, mode and efficiency. Face the "new normal" economy, industry convergence is able to change Chinese equipment manufacturing industry is small, the structure, innovate the present situation of the weak, poor performance, whether the road of industrial convergence can actually break the low efficiency problem of the equipment manufacturing industry innovation, to promote China’s economic development mode change? Based on this, this article take "the impact on the efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry innovation, industry amalgamation and the influence of network embeddedness relationship adjustment" as the research subject, from five aspects carries on the detailed and in-depth exploration, and the innovative conclusion:Firstly, this article reveals the essential network embedded under the perspective of industrial convergence and its internal operation rules, open the black box of the industry integration operation. Network embedded under the perspective of industrial convergence process, the essence of network behavior main body "screw" up the process of embedding levels:in the fusion of bud stage, the industry network between behavior subjects less network behavior across a network, the optional set of knowledge is relatively single, fat degree is low, with incentive mechanism driven by induction, behavior main body started to active or passive to diversity, knowledge can be integrated as the goal, through and across a network between the main body in the form of building trust, cooperation and external information and knowledge of the search, selection and integration. With the emergence of representative integration knowledge, competition gradually play a role, foundation is weak, associated inefficiencies of shallow embedded and alternative relationship has been dropped, with high marginal revenue and strong sustainability of innovative products in the competition, this new level of dominant position in the technology once appear immediately became the diffusion source, other actions within the network main body will accelerate and strengthen netting behavior, through organizational learning, flexible adjustment methods such as dynamic, ongoing acquisition, innovation and transfer of knowledge. Finally, with the ongoing netting behaviour, embedded network relationship with embedded structure is relatively stable, the knowledge integration are also rising, the integrated innovation based on knowledge integration technology has been applied to large-scale and gradually complete the industrialization process of the products, the new, more stable, in a higher level of network level also has formed, the birth of the new industry marks the completion of industrial convergence.Secondly, this article is based on the development trend of industrial convergence and characteristics, in the positive experience at home and abroad for reference, and, on the basis of fully combined with China’s actual development level of service around the input information (I), output (S), process, low carbon (C), the organization network (N), diversified financing (F) and innovation integration (Ⅰ) built six dimensions ISCNFI industrial convergence index measurement system, and in 2012 China will be the measure of regional industry integration. Research results show that China’s regional industrial convergence degree difference significantly, most of the region integration degree and far from the ideal state, but its between the regional economic development level and there is a high consistency, which means that the industrial convergence role in economic development of the regional differences are significant, the reason for this part can be summed up in the regional industrial structure, the foundation of the economy and government intervention, the difference of the influence factors such as strength.Thirdly, in this paper, the convergence effect on the efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry innovation makes a deep exploration. In measured convergence degree and the efficiency level on the basis of China’s equipment manufacturing industry innovation, build the provincial panel data model of industrial convergence and efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry innovation empirically the theoretical hypothesis of the relationship between the two test, through the 2003-2012 China’s provincial equipment manufacturing industry related data regression estimate concluded that China’s regional industrial convergence degree and efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry innovation inverted "U" type curve relationship exists, namely the integration level of ascension, as the industry of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry innovation efficiency showed up after then.Fourthly, in this paper, the embedded network relationship of industrial convergence and efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry innovation relations adjustment makes a deep exploration. From the government’s embedded network and knowledge network embedded in two aspects to build the relationship between the network embeddedness on industrial convergence adjust the relationship between the efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry innovation and conceptual model, the empirical results show:① the government network embedded on the relationship between the industrial integration and the efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry innovation has significant positive regulation, namely the Chinese equipment manufacturing industry embedded relation network of local government, industry integration, the more obvious effect on the equipment manufacturing industry innovation efficiency.② the relationship between knowledge network embedded on the relationship between the industrial integration and the efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry innovation has significant negative regulation, namely the Chinese equipment manufacturing industry embedded relationship between external knowledge network, industrial convergence, the smaller the function of the equipment manufacturing industry innovation efficiency.Fifth, in this paper, the embedded network structure of industrial convergence and efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry innovation relations adjustment makes a deep exploration. From two aspects of network centricity and heterogeneous network structure is constructed embedding to adjust the relationship between the efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry innovation and industry fusion concept model, build the provincial panel data model to test empirically the four theoretical assumptions, the following conclusions:① China’s equipment manufacturing industry network centricity on the relationship between the industrial integration and the efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry innovation has significant positive adjustment, regression results show that the deeper the degree of China’s equipment manufacturing industry network centricity, industry integration, the more obvious effect on the equipment manufacturing industry innovation efficiency.② the Chinese equipment manufacturing industry of network heterogeneity on the relationship between the industrial integration and the efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry innovation has significant negative regulatory role, the empirical results show that China’s equipment manufacturing industry network heterogeneity degree, the greater the industrial convergence to the smaller the role of the equipment manufacturing industry innovation efficiency.
