Research On The Mechanism Between The Global Value Grid Construction And Subcontracting Enterprises Upgrading

Thirty years of reform and opening up, Chinese exports grow rapidly, but theultra high speed growth of foreign trade volume no logic promoting and bringing thelocal export-oriented manufacturing enterprises upgrading. Whether it is from theexport product content technical knowledge or from the product added value point ofview, do not have obvious improvement. On the contrary, some indicators worsened.Local OEM embedded in global value chain (Global Value Chain, GVC) are giventhe value of growth, but the value of share has continued to decline, its causes areconstantly eroding value of power. Based on the above background, this researchmainly focuses on the new round of restructuring the global value of the background,and explores suitable for local OEM enterprises breakthrough waterfall effect, anddispense the pseudo upgrade then upgrade effective mode from the global value grid’snew research perspective.Firstly, The international subcontracting mode, enterprise upgrading, globalvalue grid and other related literature and basic theory comprehensively,systematically reviewed and commented, the article points out that the traditionaltheory to explain the local OEM upgrade problem has limitations, and the connotationof local OEM enterprises in global value chain upgrade are redefined. And the thesisemphasizes on global value grid to value of power as the core of the construction isthe fundamental way to local OEM upgrade.Secondly, the thesis systematically analyzes the operation mechanism of globalvalue grid value creation, and points out that dynamic capacity is a key to build globalvalue grid local OEM, and ability is also OEM enterprises and international buyers for the value of power. And in-depth study of the dynamic ability formationmechanism of the local foundry enterprises, and then probes into the global value gridconstruction and local OEM upgrade the internal relationship. These studies build atheoretical model for exploring basic.Thirdly, based on the basis of the above study constructs relationship model ofelements–competency-upgrade performance, the thesis studies global value gridconstruction influence the upgrading mechanism of the local manufacturingenterprises, and inspects the global value grid construction capability upgradingtheory assumes that the inner structure of performance on dynamic local OEM byusing of exploration factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis method, andverifies that the global value grid construction ability promote to grab performance onlocal OEM global value power (upgrade performance). Through the empiricalvalidation of interpretation of results obtained local OEM enterprises to cultivatedynamic capabilities and constructing the independent development of global valuesystem are effective path and model to get rid of the capture. Based on the empiricalresearch results, this paper constructs the Strategy Enlightenment of global value gridlocal OEM enterprises from the micro level and macro level,highlight the key role ofgovernment in the development of foundry enterprise dynamic.Finally, above the theory and empirical content the research summarized thoseconclusions:(1) the dynamic capability is the key factor for the manufacturingenterprises’upgrading;(2) building independent development-oriented system ofglobal value grid mainly depends on the dynamic capability of an enterprise;(3)Through construction of global value grid can effectively promote the subcontractingenterprises gain value power in the global market competition;(4) If subcontractingenterprises do not effort to develop dynamic capabilities and build independent valuesystem, they will only have been "captured" in GVC low-end in a long time.And then the research points out the possible innovations of this research mainly in threeaspects the research perspective, research content and research. And due to thelimitation of individual effort and research conditions, this paper also points out someof the limitations, and then puts forward further research direction.In reference on the basis of traditional research idea,the purpose of this paper istry to seek more suitable directions and means for subcontracting enterprises of china.To explore the inner mechanism relationship between the global value gridconstruction and the subcontracting enterprises upgrading, the paper hoping canprovide same good theoretical guidance and reference for the upgrading practice ofsubcontracting enterprises. In the meantime to hope gave a beneficial supplement forthe research on the development path and upgrading patterns of Chinesesubcontracting enterprises.
