Research On The Mechanism Of Upgrading About Industrial Cluster Inserting Into Global Outsourcing System

Along with the development of globalization, the international division under the multinational company leading has further specified to the division between different processes in the same products from the respective industry and intra-industry division of labor. Industrial cluster is the effective combining site of economic globalization and regional economic, and is the carrier of regional integration into the global economic system. Under implementation of our export orientation strategy and sustained growth of export in China, especially the processing trade accounts for more than half of the total trade, researching on the inner mechanism of the upgrading and upgrading path of industrial clusters from the perspective of the multinational outsourcing, it has important realistic meaning and profound theoretical significance for the growth of industrial clusters innovation and the sustainable development of regional economy in our country.This dissertation firstly reviews the research on upgrading about industrial cluster and globe outscoring, states the basic modes of industrial clusters embedded in globe outscoring system, analyzes the external and internal press of, and the micro and medium-mechanism of upgrading about industrial cluster inserting into global outscoring system is analyzed. Finally, the dissertation makes empirical study on some typical industrial clusters in China, and proposes the upgrading routes of industrial cluster for China. The main research and conclusions are as follows:(1) It is significantly disclosed for the upgrading-mechanism of clustered firm inserting into global outscoring system. Through gambling analysis the model of OEM is reasonable and feasible. Based on analysis of cost, price and scale economy, competitive advantage of enterprise is price, cost and cluster scale.Detailed description to the local foundry enterprises cluster based on organizational learning, NVC and independent brand and related factors promote the action mechanism of enterprise manufacturing capability of r&d ability, design ability, channel ability and the ability of brand to enhance, so as to promote local enterprises to upgrade.(2) It is established for the upgrading mechanism of local industrial clusters inserting into global outscoring systems. In the model, there are three basic factors which are clusters knowledge innovation, clusters innovation network, and clusters brand.The industrial clusters upgrading, embodied by integral optimization of the model, results from the interdependence and strengthening of the factors in the model. Each factor plays a special role and there is bidirectional action between the factors (between the basic factors, as well as between the basic factors and the auxiliary factors). All the factors synergize through operational mechanism, thus forming a concerted effort to promote the realization of industrial clusters upgrading in three ways:industrial cluster's upgrading of innovation network capability, industrial cluster's upgrading of knowledge innovation capability, and industrial cluster's brand upgrading.The operational mechanism of realization ways of local industrial clusters upgrading inserting into global outscoring system is composed by three subordinating operational mechanisms, i.e. industrial cluster's knowledge innovation network mechanism, industrial cluster's innovation network mechanism, industrial cluster's brand mechanism. Each of the three subordinating operational mechanisms corresponds to each of the three realization ways of industrial clusters upgrading. Each of the three subordinating operational mechanisms plays a role in the upgrading not only by itself, but also through interaction, and they synergize to promote local industrial clusters upgrading.(3) Collaboration of industrial clusters and clustered native firm is very important in upgrading. Collaboration-mechanism model of industrial clusters and clustered native firm is put forward, and focus on collaboration of route, factor, and tactic.Closely combining with industrial cluster upgrading mechanism of embedded transnational outsourcing system, combining with the practice of typical industrial cluster upgrading, the dissertation tentatively puts forward specific measures to the industrial clusters upgrading separately from the aspects of industrial cluster of local enterprises upgrading, cluster upgrading and their collaboration, which bring forth some new thought for China's industrial clusters upgrading.
