Printed electronics is expected to bring electronic devices and display technology,replace the processing technology of PCB currently producing silicon based integrated circuit by printing method, related electronic products will achieve the large area, flexible,low cost and green manufacturing, to promote the development of solar cell technology,flexible display etc.. In order to PCB etching process and optimize the traditional rigid substrate, flexible, transparent, meet the PCB plate of high density wiring and excellent electrical performance requirements, the urgent need for the current flexible substrate materials and transparent conductive film preparation technique for the exploration system.The flexible method of this thesis is devoted to the study of printing of electronic products, the deposition and growth mechanism of thin film at low temperature, preparation to meet the basic performance requirements of Nano-ZnO based PET electronic devices of flexible transparent conductive film, transparent conductive film and the preparation of complete and practical application of the performance table syndrome. Thin films, in a closed Teflon bottle with Zn(NO3)2 mixed solution and C6H12N4 as growth medium, using citrate anion Nano-ZnO thin film growth process, the growth orientation of <001> two times on PET; characterization, surface morphology analysis of transparent conductive film analysis of the optical properties and electrical properties analysis; practical application,through the design of a whole electronic organ principle diagram, printed circuit board by using electronic organ printing process, the transparent conductive film as part of a printed circuit board, electronic keyboard, surface mount electronic components, 3D printing electronic organ box, create a complete semi flexible electronic organ.The experimental results show that: (1) preparation of the micro appearance best Nano-ZnO transparent conductive film, the growth of liquid Zn(NO3)2 the optimum concentration of 0.01?0.06mol/L,the optimum concentration of 0.001mol/L C6H12N4, the optimum concentration of citrate anion 1mg?2mg control the growth behavior of Nano-ZnO. (2) Optical performance parameters: the optical properties of the transparent conductive film of Zinc Oxide are qualified, and the transmittance in the visible light range is 76.719%. (3) the electrical performance parameters: Nano-ZnO transparent conductive film resistivity maximum is 2.947? · cm, the minimum is 1.73Q · cm, and average is 1.9691?·cm, the resistivity of the samples the maximum percent change of 70.35%; the maximum resistance 19.88 ?/?, a minimum of 16.82?/?, and average is 18.334?/?,square resistance sample maximum percent change 70.35%. (4) Nano-ZnO based on PET transparent conductive film, a rigid substrate can replace the keyboard circuit and printed circuit board surface, flexible and able to rely on the electrical properties of electronic components to replace the PCB of the electronic products, as well as the combination of flexible printing technology, electronic product development and obtain price competitiveness, being success in industry.
