By analyzing the process, the author hopes to solve controversial issues still existing in the field of Si Ku Quan Shu studies. From the aspect of the collected works of Ming intellectuals in Si Ku Quan Shu, the value and defect of the compilation of Si Ku Quan Shu might be re-assessed.The dissertation comprises five chapters. They are as follows.The first chapter discusses the selection of those works of Ming in Si Ku Quan Shu, Through the comparison of the presented versions, superorder and the existing the Ming dynasty in Si Ku Quan Shu, find the Ming dynasty in Si Ku Quan Shu far cannot reflect the whole Ming dynasty. The vast majority of the presented versions of the Ming dynasty in Si Ku Quan Shu was included into the superorder, reflects Si Ku Guan Chen attitude toward the Ming dynasty in Si Ku Quan Shu was tolerant. The officers of the Ming dynasty in Si Ku Quan Shu abstract almost completely restricted to the presented versions in the quantity, quality, and is by no means Si Ku Quan Shu subjective choice.The second chapter discusses the prohibition and destruction of the Ming dynasty in Si Ku Quan Shu.
