The Pharmacodynamic Empirical Method Study On Traditional Chinese Medicine To Oral Bacteria

Dental caries is fundamentally a microbial disease, which involves the hard tissue of tooth. Dental plaque, which play important role in tooth decay, is a typical bacterial biofilm structure. Current cariology indicates that dental biofilm is an initiation factor of caries. Our study group has screened the active traditional Chinese medicine and active compounds to provide empirical drug of the study of cariostatic mechanism in future. Currently, in our country, it has evolved pharmacodynamic empirical study method and evaluation of many diseases in traditional Chinese medicine, but it was blank in Cariostatic pharmacodynamic empirical study methods. So, we have set up pharmacodynamic empirical study methods of oral bacterial biofilm and tooth remineralization by using latest technique and method of pharmacodynamic empirical study .
