Drug-Resistant Bacteria develops with the development of the aquaculture industry, and the snake industry is no exception. In recent years, with the increase of the bacterial resistance isolated from the clinical snake cases in Institute, the prevention and treatment also became more and more difficult, and the serpent derived bacterial resistance was rarely reported. The purpose of this study was to investigate the situation of the serpent derived antimicrobial resistance, and the effect of the serpent derived bacterial resistance genes, and the following research has been carried out.Among the clinical receptions of sepsis snakes from 2016 to 2017,23 strains of isolated bacteria were selected, and they were identified by the conventional method for the detection of phenotypic characteristics combined with modem molecurLar biology PCR method. The result showed that 23 strains of bacteria belong to 7 kinds of bacteria, among which 5 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae,2 strains of Salmonella enterica,3 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii,1 strain of Citrobacter,1 strain of Morganella morganii,2 strains of Providence,8 strains of Enterococcus faecalis. The antibacterial extrasomatic test was carried out by paper strip method, the test results proved that the 5 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae and 8 strains of Enterococcus faecalis were resistant to gentamicin and streptomycin,2 strains of Salmonella Enterica were resistant to Erythromycin and Tylosin,3 strains of Providence Citrobacter and 3 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii and Morganella morganii were resistant to penicillin and ceftazidime,.According to the bacterial resistance,8 primer pairs of the drug-resistant genes were designed respectively, and they are Aminoglycoside acetyltransferase gene aac(3)-?,Plasmid mediated Quinolone Resistance Gene Type A qnrA,Dihydrofolate synthase gene type 1 SUL 1,Methylation enzyme gene B erm(B),Broad-spectrum?-lactamase gene CTX-M-type,CTX-M-1 and blaOXA-23-like,New Delhi metal beta lactamase-4 gene NDM4,and detecting the Corresponding Drug Resistance Genes by PCR.The study found that 3 of 5 strains Klebsiella pneumoniae were detected the aac(3)-? gene,2 of 8 Enterococcus faecalis were detected the erm(B)gene,1 of 2 strains of Salmonella enterica was detected the SUL1 gene, and none of the other bacteria were detected resistant genes. The berberine sulphate, honeysuckle Forsythia Extract, baicalin, cecropin and Sophora extracts were cultured with drug-resistant bacteria for 4h and 24h,it turned out that none aac(3)-? genes were detected among the three strains Klebsiella pneumoniae, and none erm(B)genes were detected among the two strains Enterococcus faecalis, and the result of the co-culture of Salmonella enterica with Chinese medicine extracts did not change, and the target genes of SUL1 could still be detected.Combined all findings, the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)23 strains of bacteria belong to 7 kinds of bacteria;(2)3 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae have detected the aac(3)-? gene.2 strains of Enterococcus faecalis have detected the erm(B)gene.1 strain of Salmonella faecalis has detected the SUL1 gene, while the other bacteria have not detected the drug resistance gene;(3)The berberine sulphat, honeysuckle Forsythia Extract, baicalin, cecropin and Sophora extracts have a inhibition on aac(3)-? genes in Klebsiella pneumoniae and erm(B)genes in Enterococcus faecalis.
