In this study, two kinds of arsenical (As2O3 and NaAsO2) were first selected to study its effect on the growth of two types of tumor cells in order to find the difference in tumor cell inhibition between As2O3 and NaAsO2.Flow cytometer (FCM) was first used in the study on differentiation rate of long-term induced tumor cells. The effect of the arsenical on tumor cell inhibition was confirmed by inoculation test in nude mice. The technique of DNA chip 14k of human was taken in the research of relative genes in the differentiation progress induced by the arsenical for the first time, in order to find the differential expression gene of tumor cell in the differentiation, and research its effect during the differentiation and induction. Through the study on growth inhibition of tumor cells, apoptosis promotion, differentiation induction, cellular morphology variety by the arsenical, and relative gene expression, this study aims to provide some theoretical basis for the mechanism of molecular biology of tumor therapy by arsenical, and provide scientific foundation for the application of arsenical in clinical treatment as earlier as possible.OBJECTIVE1. To prepare As2O3 and NaAsO2 to be different concentrations, to...
