Objective : Primary hepatic carcinoma is one of the common types of malignant tumors with poor prognosis, metastasis and high fatality rate, in which hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) accounts for above 95%. Now, exairesis is the fist selection , but the rate of the recidivation and metastasis post operation is quite high. That is the material cause to result in treatment failure and the death of patient. Therefore, it has an important clinic significance to study on the mechanism of the development and progression of HCC and the new strategies for the treatment of HCC with the molecular biology.Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), one species of relieve fever or pain and anti-inflammatory drugs, have been shown to exert anticancer by inhibiting the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in recent years. COX, known as PG synthase, catalyzes the metabolism of arachidonic acid to PGs and thromboxanes , and two isoforms, COX-1 and COX-2, have been identified. COX-1 is constitutively present in many cell types and is responsible for various cytoprotective prostanoids in a number of organs, such as the gastric mucosa and the kidneys, whereas COX-2 is usually absent under basal...
