Study On Clinical Effect And The Effects Of Bushui Shengxue Granule On Integrin VLA-4,Chemokine CXCR4 And Interrelated Cytokines In CAA Patients

Objective: To observed the clinical effect of MSBEG on CAA, evaluated the expression of cell adhesion molecules and relative cytokines, such as VLA-4(very late antigen-4,CD49d), SDF-1( stromal cell detived factor) and its receptor CXCR4, HGF/ SF( hepatocyte growth factor,scatt factor),SCF(stem cell factor) by bone marrow mononuclear cells and stromal cells in patients with CAA before and after treatment, reveal the pathogenesis of CAA and and effect mecheanism of supplement kedney herbs on CAA.Methods: Devided 58 CAA patients into experiment group with MSBEG and control group with AABET(Aplastic Anemia Blood-engendering Tablet )randomly to observe the curative effect; The mRNA expression of VLA-4 and CXCR4 in bone marrow mononuclear cells was measuerd by RT-PCR,the protein expression of SCF,HGF,in serum of cultured bone marrow stromal cells was measured by ELISA.Results: The MSBEG has sure effect and excelled TUBAA;The mRNA expression of VLA-4 and CXCR4 were measured in all sample ,which are low in CAA and could be reversed by the medicines,experiment group is excelled to the control group; The cultured stroma growth status is well in normal control group but not in experimemt and control group; CAA stroma produce SCF, SDF-la,HGF level lower than normal group before treatment and enhanced after treatment, experiment group is excelled to the control group;The effect of the granule is better to Yang-deficiency type than Yi-deficiency type。 The expression of adhesion molecule VLA-4,chemokine SDF-1a and its receptor CXCR4 are higher in Yang-deficiency type than in Yang-deficiency type after treatment by granule (P<0.05) .Conclusion: Our study idicate curative effect of MSBEG on...
