The treatment group received 15 pills of Sugemule-7 oral use before breakfast,15 pill of Tunglaga-5 after lunch,15 pills of Sugemule-7 and 5g of Agaru-35 at supper time. The control group orally used 3 pills of Traditional Chinese Medicine Shu Geng Pian 3 times every day. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. The observational indexes were syndrome changes and female sex hormone E2, FSH, LH. The observational indexes were detected before and after treatment and the comparative analysis were acted inside group and between groups.Result:1.The Professor Jin Yu’s academic thought of blood was regulated to repair and regulate the Hei-Qisu, alternatively use the hot and cool medicine for treatment emphasize the hei-Qisu and the balance and repair; for treatment of gynecological disease, the improvement of function of Zang-Fu and the unchoke of liver function were emphasized. To inherit the famous veteran doctors’academic thought is important to develop the traditional Mongolian medicine. Is valuable to summarize, collate and inherit the Professor Jin Yu’s academic thoughts and clinical experiences.2. The Professor Jin Yu have his unique understanding on diagnose and treat on Hei-Burildugsen disease, and effectiveness is reliable.3. The efficiency of Traditional Mongolian Medicine Sugemule-7 was precise, and better than control group; the Traditional Mongolian Medicine is better than control group at improve E2, FSH, LH components.4. Sugemule-7 have no toxic side effect on treatment of menopause syndrome.Innovation points:1.This research is first time to summarize professor’s academic thoughts and clinical experiences in comprehensively and systematically way.
