Basic information:Professor Wang Chengde, Director doctor, doctoral tutor, Graduated from the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (CATCM) Graduate School. He was selected of the first batch of the national selection of TCM inheritance, and his teacher is the famous Chinese medicine master Professor Xie Haizhou (1922-2005). Professor Xie studied botany majors at Yenching University and worship Professor Zhao Juhuang as his teacher, whom is master of pharmacy. Prof. Xie research for the materia medica of T.C.M, and clinical teaching and scientific research later. Prof. Xie is National famous Chinese medicine expert. Prof. Xie’s summarize three treatments of Difficult miscellaneous diseases and treatments of rheumatism as "San yao and Si yi", which have strong clinical significance on the treatment of Mental disease, rheumatism, blood disease. Prof. Wang Chengde follows Prof. Xie for 20 years, and get the Prof. Xie’s experiences. Prof. Wang also work hard on the construction of organization, academic, personnel construction work of Chinese medicine rheumatism discipline under the lead of Prof. Lu Zhizheng and Prof. Jiao Shude.Purposes& Method:Professor Wang Chengde practice medicine for over 40 years。 Summing up his experience is very meaningful. I followed him on clinic from Sep.2012 to Aug.2015, study by taking notes, writing medical records, writing records monthly, reading T.C.M. classics and writing comprehension, collecting and collating cases, establishing database, analysis of the law of drug using, attempting to summarize the academic thought and clinical experience of Prof. Wang. Collect 92 pieces of prescriptions for "Zaobi" Patient from the clinic of Prof. Wang. Statistics and sum up the law of the differentiation of the prescriptions. Data mining, such as the number of drugs, dosage, classification of function and so on, were used to analyze the data. And analysis the high frequency used medicine. Come to the relationship between the law and the syndrome of the treatment of "Zaobi" and the characteristic experience in drug using by Prof. Wang.Results:Part I:Describes the academic origin of Professor Wang Chengde, inheritance path, the process of the formation of the treatment of the treatment of rheumatic diseases, as well as various theories, and other famous experts’ theory and experience of his times who treat rheumatism, Sjogren’S Syndrome (SS)Part II:Describes the academic thought and clinical experience of Prof. Wang’s academic thought and research. The clinical observation and descriptive statistical analysis of "Zaobi".1. On the basis of yin deficiency, differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome can be divided into four types. They are deficiency of yin plus deficiency of vital energy, deficiency of yin plus deficiency of liver and kidney, deficiency of yin plus toxic heat, deficiency of yin plus phlegm and blood stasis. The most common type is deficiency of yin plus toxic heat. There were 29 cases, accounting for 32% of all cases. But cross-syndrome is also very common to see. There were 40 cases, accounting for 43% of all cases. The results are consistent with the experience of Prof. Wang’s.2. Medication is given priority to with clearing heat, nourishing Yin, invigorating Qi, blood, expelling wind and removing dampness, promoting blood circulation, and the stomach, the summed up the methods of treatment and Wang Chengde professor has long advocated nourishing yin and clearing heat, supplementing qi and activating blood circulation method consistent。3.
