| Purpose1. To collect, organize and inherit the faculty adviser Chagan’s academic thought and clinical experiences.2. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Mongolian medicine Danshen-10 on chronic stable angina by evidence based method, which provide far evidence to its clinical efficacy and enhances the diagnosis and treatment knowledge on clinical usage of traditional Mongolian medicine.Method1. Research on origin of faculty adviser Chagan’s academic thought.2. Apprentice learning record and classic medical records were facilitated to mining the faculty adviser Chagan’s clinical experiences, diagnosing and treating characteristics, medication experiences. Faculty adviser Chagan’s academic thought and clinical experiences were systematically collected.(1) Collecting and organizing the faculty adviser Chagan’s academic thought: always uphold the holistic and dialectical therapy as basic principal of traditional Mongolian medicine at long duration of clinical work; Emphasized on analysis principle of boosting the elite and dreg to improve the clinical effectiveness; To calm down the faction of Hei, pave the way for treatment;Professor Chagan contend on opinion of calm down of Hei faction on gynecological diseases; Emphasized on identification of ten observances of diseases to correct diagnose of disease; Professor Chagan believe not only symptom of disease but the differential body characteristics are important in diagnosis and the basis for main contradiction resolution is to collect and analysis the clinical materials and find out the main causes of diseases to act dialectical treatment; Emphasized on add and subtracting of prescript medicine;Professor Qagan propounded the headache types of Hei-Qisu faction; Professor Qagan propounded the heart prickle types of Hei-Qisu faction.(2) Collecting and organizing the faculty adviser Chagan’s clinical experiences: faculty adviser Chagan’s clinical experiences on cardiovascular diseases, digestive system diseases and nervous system diseases, endocrine system diseases. Also summarized the treatment experiences of skin diseases, eye diseases, clinical experience ENT diseases.3. In this study, the efficacy and safety of traditional Mongolian medicine Danshen-10 on chronic stable angina was observed, which can reveal the acuity adviser Chagan’s unique treating experience.4. Clinical research on faculty adviser’s clinical experiences:the 80 patients meet the diagnose standard of Hei-Qisu faction heart prickle of traditional Mongolian medicine and guideline of diagnose and treatment of chronic stable angina 2007 were divided into 2 groups,40 patients each group, medication group was treated with Danshen-10 15 pill/time, for 2 times every day and for control group, Fufang-Danshen pill 2 pill/time, for 2 times every day. The traditional Mongolian medical syndromes criteria, treadmill clinical criteria, ECG clinical criteria were used to evaluate the treating efficacy.Results1. Collection of clinical experiences:In this research Professor Chagan’s clinical experiences on treatment of heart prickle, heart throb symptom, stomach-boru, xijing-disease, hemiplegia, headache disease, yama-disease is collected.Also collected his clinical experiences on hoarsen syndrome, nephrolith, red rotten of eyelid, yellow water disease of skin, psoriasis.3. Clinical research on faculty adviser’s clinical experiences:(1) Treatment group:the total effectiveness is 92.5%, the effectiveness of control group was 85%, have significant differences(P<0.05);(2) Compared at main syndrome improvement rate, have no significant differences.(3) Action panel efficacy rate have no significant differences.(4) Electrocardiogram efficacy rate have no significant differences.(5) No side effect or toxicity effect was observed.Conclusion:1. Inheritance of Mongolian academic thought is an important way to the development traditional Mongolian medicine. Collect, collate and summarize professor Qagan’s academic thought and clinical experience, medication approach has important implications for the development of Mongolian medicine.2. Professor Qagan’s unique insights and clinical experience on treatment of’heart stabbing pain" are reliable.3. The results of this study show:the efficacy of traditional Mongoiianmedicine Danshen-iO is better than Danshen tabiet group.4. The traditional Mongolian medicine Danshen-10 for "heart stabbing pain" is safe and non-toxic side effects, worthy for clinical application.Innovation:(1) Systematically collected and summarized the clinical experiences and deepened understanding my clinical recognition on treatment of heart diseases by traditional Mongolian medicine, which has important value for development of traditional Mongolian medicine.(2) According faculty advisor Qagan’s insight and opinion of treatment of "heart stabbing pain" and improved the knowledge of Mongolian medicine theory and clinical diagnosis and treatment.(3) Mongolian medicine diagnosis and treatment of this disease insights and perspectives and clinical experience, innovation put forward their own views based on ancient literature and instructor.
