For reducing the vibration problem in ship design or reducing the vibration and noise for the ships which have already serviced in military, this paper based on my army's patrol craft AutoCAD drawings and the vibration experiment, making use of the VBA of AutoCAD development tool to read the drawings, then become the American large structure analysis software ANSYS acceptable structure parameter database, to carry out the intelligentized data input of ship vibration prediction software. Making use of the advanced virtual instrument technique, adopting the LabVIEW language develop a program to set up a practical and efficiently ship vibration test instrument. Through the comparison of experiment data and the calculation result, verified the accuracy of the virtual instrument established in this paper. At the same time, the software can provide suitable parameters which needed in ship design and make a more perfect ship vibration optimization and control system.The intellignetized data input software of ship vibration prediction developed in this paper have the following advantages: general use, understand in brief, in proper order operation, instant hints, and the main interface of separate treads explanation, easy to study and easy to use. This paper make use of ANSYS to set up the model and considering the weight of attached water, make use of the moving matrix method to calculate the beginning 5 natural frequency of the ship hull free vibration and considering the shear force and the section move. We calculated the corresponding acceleration at 13 test points making use of the shape overlap method. The first step confirmed the feasibility of the intelligentized data input software of ship vibration prediction.This paper makes use of the language of LabVIEW to develop the virtual instrument data processing software. It converts the time domain data collected from the ACADA-III into the frequency domain data conversion and real-time analysis of the data. This is one of the innovations in this paper.
