There is a common phenomenon in our daily life that is mechanical vibration and it is unprofitable in most situation because of vibration often makes the equipment damage or not work properly.The dynamic load of vibration will accelerate the arising of machine failures and increasing the probability of the failure and it also could cause the reducing of the service life and even cause the damaging of the equipment and occurring some accidents in working.Especially.It is also exist the same phenomenon of mechanical vibration in the driving of cars.However,not only the mechanical vibration phenomenon exist in the driving cars,but also exist resonance effect in the driving car.And the resonance effect have great harm to all aspect.In order to avoid the occurrence of this phenomenon,the vibration signal generated by the instrument panel system is analyzed and the search of the resonance point is conducted in the test run of the vehicle.Finally,the structure of the instrument panel system is adjusted according to the analysis results.This minimizes the adverse effects of vibration.This paper develops a convenient and practical vibration analysis system based on the virtual instrument and LabVIEW as the development tool.Firstly,the vibration acceleration signal is collected through the data acquisition card and the signal is pretreated to reduce the interference of the bad signal.Secondly,the time-frequency should be used to analysis the post-processing signals includes time domain statistical analysis,fast Fourier transform,short-time Fourier transform and so on.Finally,pair of frequency analysis of data extraction,comparison and analysis of further resonance search results,and through the LabVIEW powerful graphics functions will be the final result map into a 2 d figure and 3 d,intuitive.At the same time,the system also added some auxiliary functions in the design process.Through simulation signal function can simulate all kinds of standard signal and the parameters such as frequency,amplitude adjustable,and can also join different types of noise to achieve maximum simulation effect in the practical environment.Vibration noise analysis can be used to collect and analyze the noise produced by the equipment during vibration.The data of vibration is provided in many aspects to facilitate the further analysis and reference of designers.The data through the experiment shows that the vibration analysis system in this paper not only has the function of the various data analysis,resonance search function,signalsimulation function and so on,simple and intuitive operation,at the same time,considering the application of virtual instrument to replace the traditional instrument to test the equipment analysis can largely reduce the cost,so this design system which is of great practical significance.
