The concrete method isfollowing:Under cardiopulmonary bypass,the interatrial seplumwas exposed through a right lateral atriotomy and the fossaovalis area was identified. A small open about 5.0×5.0mm waspunctured with mosquito forceps atthetransition zone betweenthe muscular and the membranous portion ofthe septum close to the cephalad rim of the fossa. we suturethe patch of canine-self pericardium on left atrim septum and then send inlet tubewhich was sent through femoral vein intoleft atrium, finallysutured the cut ofright atriumand sent outlet tube intofemoral artery.
