China has a large amount of straw resources.In 2016,the national crop straw volume was996 million tons,and the collectable amount was 829 million tons.About 200 million tons were unused,and there were problems such as waste of resources,burning and environmental pollution.Biomass pyrolysis technology It is one of the main ways and development direction to solve the comprehensive utilization of straw by efficiently converting straw into high value-added energy products such as pyrolysis gas and biochar.However,a large amount of tar is produced during the pyrolysis process,and the tar contains heavy toxic components,and the viscosity is high at low temperatures,which easily causes blockage of the pipes and affects the continuous pyrolysis production process.The catalytic cracking method can reduce the tar in the pyrolysis gas and improve the quality of the pyrolysis gas,which can provide technical support for the continuity,cleanliness and high efficiency of the straw pyrolysis carbonization process.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The principle of comprehensive tar catalytic cracking and the principle of pyrolysis gasification reforming.On the basis of biomass pyrolysis and tar catalytic cracking process,a biochar catalytic reforming tar process plan is formulated.Design and build biomass pyrolysis gas reforming unit,which mainly includes pyrolysis system,catalytic reforming system,product collection system,temperature control system and carrier gas system.(2)Using corn stalk as raw material,the evaluation index of pyrolysis gas yield,pyrolysis gas heat value and tar conversion rate.The effects of reforming temperature,residence time,S/C and biochar catalyst on pyrolysis gas quality were investigated.The results show that with the increase of temperature,residence time and S/C increase,the pyrolysis gas yield and tar conversion rate increase,and the pyrolysis gas heat value only increases with the increase of temperature,when the temperature is 800?,the pyrolysis gas heat value is 17.6MJ/Nm~3.Compared with pyrolysis,biochar has better catalytic properties and its catalytic properties:rice husk charcoal>wood charcoal>corn straw charcoal.(3)Biochar reduces the quality of pyrolysis gas while reducing tar,and the biochar structure also changes.Based on the biomass pyrolysis gas reforming experiment,the effects of reforming temperature and S/C on biochar structure are analyzed.The specific surface area of pyrolysis biochar is 37.96 m~2/g.When the reforming temperature is 800?,the specific surface area of biochar increases to 79.81 m~2/g,which is higher than the specific surface area of pyrolysis biochar,and the number of biochar pores increases after reforming.The pore structure becomes larger.It shows that the interaction between biochar and pyrolysis gas can achieve synergistic upgrading.
