Study On Optimum Scheduling Technology In Agile Supply Chain Of Manufacturing System

Agile supply chain is a support of contemporary manufacturing system and logistics system. As a new style of manufacturing system in recent years, it has become one of the hottest studies about manufacturing system.Manufacturing system agile supply chain and logistics distribution model was researched in this paper. In the base of analyzing complication of agile supply chain, according to the idea of dynamic union ,one kind of the operation model of real network and virtual network based on 3PL is put forward in this paper. The model was discussed at the angle of structure, information flow and operation pattern.Manufacturing system agile supply chain and logistics distribution technology and it's system were studied in this paper. The problem of integration of logistics system was studied. A logistics distribution model based on classified center which was fit for agile supply chain was discussed, In this model ,the logistics is carried out according to some collecting and distributing mechanism. Material and information flow of this model are also analyzed. The key technology of agile supply chain logistics distribution system is studied and designed in this paper, information technology and optimization scheduling technology especialy. The system may be adapted to multi-logistics centers and single logistics center. The system provides the theory gist for socialization and modernization and information of logistics distribution.In the paper vehicle optimum scheduling problems in agile supply chain of Manufacturing system was studied, mathematical model of delivery vehicle optimum Scheduling was analied, put forward a Two-phase algorithm which including constructive algorithm and genetic algorithm base on combinatorial optimumization, construct Genetic encode and algorithm to resolve vehicle optimum Scheduling problem. Study on the cost of actually transportation and other bind condition such as time, capacity that evaluate the scheduling scheme with the theory of Terotechnology, hi this paper, the information integrate of Vehicle scheduling & management in agile supply chain of Manufacturing system was studied.Finally, the system of postal logistics delivery dispatching & vehicle management has been developed, which had taken advantage of the upper research achievements. Its system is used conveniently in experiment.
