Dynamic Logistics Planning And Simulation That Supports The Supply Chain Agility Of The Agile Virtual Enterprise

The paper carries the plan and research on the implementation of the agile supply chain combined with practical application in a new way.The new idea of this paper is the way to realize of the supply chain "the agility".The agile virtual enterprise sets up the distribution centre and store centre of dynamic alliance. It's the important way that realizes the supply chain "the agility".The primary problem of agilely supply chain plan is the decision-making of the selected location of the distribution centre and store centre of the dynamic alliance.It is the new innovational idea of the paper.The research of the supply chain "the agility" develops from the pure theory and supposing research to application research combined with practice.The research goal of the project is to cause the virtual enterprise to make the positive response to the market change, to meet effectively the expense requirement of the customer "the multi- varieties, the small batch, many batch, the short cycle, high quality", in order to obtain a greater income. This paper elaborates the agile virtual enterprise's system structure, the classification, discusses the key to enable technology, and studies the characteristic of the dynamical alliance, the logistics system of the dynamic alliance, the logistics management and the management pattern of its agile supply chain, and the characteristic of agilely supply chain, the implementation principle and the strategy.The paper studies the plan and the modelling technology of the logistics system of the dynamic alliance, discusses the realization way of the supply chain "the agility", adopted mothod, the plan of agile supply chain, and proposes the logistics selected location question of the dynamic alliance and the selected location method of the logistics system.Based on the theory mentioned above, the paper studies the selected location modelling method distribution centre of the dynamic alliance, it discusses the characteristic of logistics distribution of agile supply chain, the development direction of distribution technology, and uses the aggregate cover model to carry on the plan of the selected location of the alliance distribution centre.This paper uses the dynamic plan method and the precise centroid method to carry on the selected location modelling for the store centre of the dynamic alliance, and elaborates the influence factor and the principle of the selected location of the stores centre of the dynamic alliance. It studies the plan of agile supply chain and the establishment process of logistics management information system of the agile virtual enterprise, the work principle and function which displays in the establishment agile supply chain process.This project also uses the Petri net to carry on the modelling to the logistics system of the dynamic alliance, and carries on the system simulation using simulation software em-plant.The project combines with the idea of agile virtual enterprise's development and the organization management, takes the logistics centre of the XinHua Bookstore in WuHan city to plan the logistics as the example, uses the theory and technology of logistics in the modern age, discusses supply chain agile way, proposes the agile virtual enterprise's management strategy of supply chain, researches the dynamic plan model that supports the agile supply chain of dynamic alliance, simulates the result of the plan.
