The Yellow River Delta new-born wetlands is the most integrated, broadest, youngest wetland ecological system in warm temperate zone of our country, is one of the biodiversity richest areas in the world, also is the quickest area growing delta in the world. It is vital significance to guaranteed health of the new-born wetlands ecosystem, maintain the biodiversity and protect network of migration birds according to thorough study on the Yellow River Delta new-born wetland.At present the macroscopic aspect studies including resources investigation, resources empoldered and utilized, the wetland resources dynamic changing and so on about the Yellow River Delta wetland are more. However, there are fewer studies on wetland ecological process aspect including chemical process, biological process and hydrologic process. Especially it is blank that microcosmic research aspect on biological process and chemical process. Therefore, based on type and the structure characteristic of the Yellow River Delta new-born wetland, in this paper we researched not only partial chemical process and the biological process of the new-born wetlands type but also hydrology environment change and its response had been systematic researched. The purpose of the paper study is to further acknowledge structure and function of the Yellow River Delta new-born wetlands ecosystem, to reveal its characteristic of ecological process and mechanism, and to provide the scientific evidence for the wetland ecosystem health evaluation. The main research conclusions as follows:1. According to specific circumstance of the Yellow River delta new-born wetland, the study proposed suitable principle of classification about wetland and constructed three levels system of wetland classification. The paper study discovered that wetland type distribution approximately presents horizontal belt-shaped and wetland type structure focus on the natural wetland primarily, but recent years the proportion of artificial wetland has increasing tendency. 2. In the typical new-born wetlands type microorganism area of soil focus on bacterium primarily, actinomycete is suitable, the epiphyte is least which distribution of quantity is related to the wetland type, soil nutrient condition, pH and electric conductance .The paper study indicated that soil microorganism area has obvious seasonal dynamic and rhizosphere effect.3.
