Study On The Valuation And Pricing Of Wildlife Resource

Conservation and sustainable usage of wildlife resource is one of our national policy. As an important component of ecological system, wildlife resource play an important role not only on continuity of evolution, equilibrium and intact of structure and function of community, stability of survival environment of humanity, but also on economical production and people's living. The condition of wildlife resource is closely bound up with existence of human being. With the growth of population and development of science and technology, the pressure to wildlife is greater than ever before so that the contradiction between conservation and utilization is more conspicuous than before. So the work on valuation and pricing of wildlife resource in current is very urgent both in theory and in practice.This paper studied the component and valuation of wildlife resource's value according to the theory of value, price and sustainable development, then analysed the current situation of wildlife resource's price in our country, and put forward the price theory of wildlife resource and constructed the fuzzy pricing model of wildlife.Upon this, it applied this on the pricing of some kinds of deers. The main work and new idea are as follow:1. Based on value theory, the paper regards that the value of wildlife resource is composed by existence value and additional value.Contigent method was applied to valuate deers' value.2.Based on price situation of wildlife resource in our country, question , reason and the main consequence of price of wildlife was proposed.3.Under the guiding of sustainable development theory, based on the analysis of relationship of conservation and utilization, the content, aim, principle and countermeasure of wildlife sustainable utilization was advanced.4. Based on the analysis of factors effected wildlife price and affects influenced by price, connation and component of wildlife sustainable utilization was put forward, and priciple and method of it was discussed.5.Upon these, the mathematically fuzzy model was applied on wildlife resource referring to methods of other natural resource.6. The fuzzy model was applied on pricing of some kinds of deers.
