Systematic Study On Tribe Nolini (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae: Nolinae) From Southwest China

The thesis is widespread research the tribe Nolini of Nolinae (Lepidoptera, Noctuidae) from southwest China (mainly from Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou Province, Chongqing Municipality, and Xizang Autonomous Region), and check the tribe materials from the region in some University and Academe.The paper comprises three parts. In Part I, introduction, the taxonomic history and currant situation of studies in and on abroad, characteristics, biology and ecological habits were reviewed, and meanwhile, the material and methods of study were also briefly introduced. Adult and genital characteristics of all the genera and species mentioned in this paper were described in detail, with photos of all the adults and genitalia. Keys to genera and species of Nolini based on adult genitalia were also provided firstly in the world. Part III was conclusions and discussions.All the type specimens, except specially mentioned in the text, were deposited in School of Forestry, Northeast Forestry University.
