Research On The Clinical Medication Rules Of Professor Dong Bo In Treating Coronary Heart Disease (chest Pain And Heart Pain) With Hypertensio

Purpose : This study,through retrospective analysis and data mining technology,summarizes Professor Dong Bo’s clinical commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease(chest pain and heartache)with hypertension,summarizes the treatment characteristics of Professor Dong Bo in the treatment of coronary heart disease(chest pain and heartache)with hypertension,and probes into the medication rules of Professor Dong Bo in the treatment of coronary heart disease(chest pain and heartache)with hypertension.Materials and methods: In this study,113 patients with coronary heart disease(chest pain and heartache)and hypertension who met the inclusion criteria and were diagnosed and treated by Professor Dong Bo from January 1,2020 to December 31,2022 were taken as the research object.The basic information of the patients and the first diagnosis prescription medication were entered into the Excel database,and the data mining software(IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0)was used to analyze the frequency,correlation The three methods of cluster analysis were used to explore the medication rules of Professor Dong Bo in treating coronary heart disease(chest pain and heartache)with hypertension.Results:1.Professor Dong Bo’s treatment of coronary heart disease(chest pain and heartache)with hypertension involves 115 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,and the total frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine is 2059.Among them,there are 30 traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency ≥ 25 times,1583 times,accounting for 76.88% of the total frequency;A total of 15 traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of ≥ 50 times were used,including atractylodes macrocephala,poria cocos,licorice,tangerine peel,ligusticum chuanxiong,pinellia ternata,cassia twig,salvia miltiorrhiza,fructus aurantii,alisma orientalis,allium macrostemon,amomum villosum,sandalwood,gastrodia elata,and trichosanthes.2.Among Professor Dong Bo’s first 30 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of coronary heart disease(chest pain and heartache)with hypertension,the statistics of meridian tropism showed that the drugs for the spleen,lung and stomach meridians were the most;According to the statistical results of "Four Qi",it is mainly warm Chinese medicine;According to the statistical results of "five flavors",bitter,sweet and bitter drugs have the highest frequency.3.Professor Dong Bo’s common drug pair: Atractylodes macrocephala-Alisma orientalis;Sandalwood-Amomum villosum;Gualou-Xiebai;Tangerine peel-pinellia ternate;Atractylodes macrocephala-tuckahoe;Keel-oyster;Professor Dong Bo’s commonly used prescriptions: Danshen Decoction,Pinellia Rhizoma Atractylodes Rhizoma Gastrodiae Decoction and Fructus Aurantii,Allium macrostemon and Cassia twig Decoction;Chaihu plus keel Oyster soup;Linggui Zhugan Decoction and Alisma Decoction;Conclusion:1.Professor Dong Bo’s commonly used drugs for treating coronary heart disease(chest pain and heartache)with hypertension: atractylodes macrocephala,poria cocos,licorice,tangerine peel,ligusticum chuanxiong,pinellia ternata,cassia twig,salvia miltiorrhiza,fructus aurantii,alisma orientalis,allium macrostemon,amomum villosum,sandalwood,gastrodia elata,and trichosanthes.Common drug pairs: Atractylodes macrocephala-Alisma orientalis,sandalwood-Amomum villosum,Trichosanthes kirilowii-Allium macrostemon,tangerine peel-Pinellia ternate,Atractylodes macrocephala-Poria cocos,keel-oyster;Common prescriptions: Danshen Decoction,Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction;Chaihu plus keel Oyster soup;Linggui Zhugan Decoction and Alisma Decoction;2.Professor Dong Bo treats coronary heart disease(chest pain and heartache)with hypertension,and the high frequency Chinese medicine is mainly warm medicine;The spleen,stomach and lung meridians are the most commonly used in meridian tropism;Bitter,sweet and bitter medicines are the most frequent ones.
