Professor Li Ji Identified The Drug Characteristics And Group Methods For The Treatment Of Stable Angina In Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:Using data mining technology,a retrospective study was conducted on the medical records of Professor Li Ji in the treatment of stable angina(chest palsy heartache),and the clinical characteristics and group methods of Professor Li Ji’s clinical treatment of stable angina(chest palsy heartache)were summarized to guide the clinic.Method:Collect the outpatient medical records of stable angina(chest paralysis heartache)diagnosed and treated by Professor Li Ji from January 2013 to December 2020,standardize the treatment information and medication of 165 patients who meet the criteria,establish a database.Using the TCM inheritance computing platform V3.0 and WPS Excel 2019,through the software frequency statistics,correlation rules and cluster analysis of drugs,the characteristics of Professor Li Ji’s prescription for the treatment of stable angina(chest palsy heartache)were summarized,and the group methods for Professor Li Ji’s treatment of stable angina(chest palsy heartache)were further discussed.Result:In the 165 medical records of this study,69 cases of female patients,accounting for41.82% of the total,96 cases of male patients,accounting for 58.18% of the total,the youngest patient is 30 years old,the oldest patient is 85 years old,of which 50-69 years old patients are the largest,accounting for about 55.76% of the total.1.A total of 76 symptoms were obtained from the 165 medical records of this study,and24 symptoms appeared frequently ≥ 10 times,of which the symptoms with higher frequency were: chest tightness,chest pain,fatigue,shortness of breath,sleeplessness,back pain,loose stool,constipation knots,etc.;2.In the 165 prescriptions of this study,a total of 110 flavors of drugs were used,the total frequency of drugs was 1984 times,and the drugs with a frequency of ≥ 10 times were 37 flavors,with a frequency of 1804 times,accounting for about 90.92% of the total frequency,of which the chinese medicines with higher frequency were licorice,Sichuan root,salvia,angelica,ginseng,astragalus,tulip,cypress and so on.3.A total of 17 drug categories were obtained in this study,and the high frequency of use were tonic drugs,blood-activating and stasis drugs,rational qi drugs,tranquilizers,etc.,of which the frequency of deficiency drugs was the largest,a total of 588 times,accounting for30.18% of the total.Among the deficiency drugs,qi supplements accounted for the largest proportion,with a total of 408 times,accounting for 69.38% of the deficiency drugs.4.The four qi of the therapeutic drug are mainly warm,cold and flat,the five tastes are mainly bitter,sweet and spicy,and the spleen(stomach)meridian,heart meridian,lung meridian and liver meridian are the main ones.5.The analysis of the association rules of therapeutic drugs yielded a total of 50 drug patterns,51 association rules,14 core drugs,and the combination of the top three drugs were Sichuan Root-Danshen,Sichuan Root-Yujin,Sichuan Root-Angelica;the top three drug combinations were Sichuan Root-Danshen-Angelica,Sichuan Root-Yujin-Yanhuso,Sichuan Root-Danshen-Yujin-Yujin,Sichuan Root-Danshen-Yujin.The top three drug association rules are Yujin→ Sichuan Root,Yanhu Suo→ Sichuan Root,Angelica →Sichuan Root,and the top three drug association rules are Danshen,Tujin → Sichuan Root,Tulip,Yan hu Suo→ Sichuan Qian,Sichuan Qian,Yan Hu Suo → Tulip.6.Through the drug cluster analysis,6 core combinations that meet the characteristics of the instructor’s clinical medication are finally selected.Combination 1 Roasted Licorice,Salvia,Chuanxiong,Amomum,Turmeric,Corydalis,Xiebai,Poria;Combination 2 Roasted Licorice,Keel,Oyster,Suanzao Ren,Astragalus,Ginseng,Boziren,Chuanxiong;Combination 3 Roasted Licorice,Xiebai,Yu Gold,Gualou,Chuanxiong,Salvia,Corydalis,Guizhi;Combination 4 Zhigancao,Chuanxiong,Baiziren,Salvia,Citrus,Angelica,Ginseng,Achyranthes;Combination 5 Baishao,Bupleurum,Zhigancao,Angelica,Salvia,Chuanxiong,Baiziren,Panax notoginseng;combination 6 Zhigancao,Chuanxiong,Ginseng,Astragalus,Angelica,Baiziren,Salvia,Atractylodes.In conclusion:1 Deficiency tonic drugs,blood-activating and stasis drugs,rational qi medicines,and tranquilizers are the commonly used categories of traditional Chinese medicines used by Professor Li Ji in the treatment of stable angina with coronary heart disease.2 Warm,cold,flat,bitter,sweet,spicy,spleen(stomach)meridian,heart meridian,lung meridian,liver meridian are the sexual taste of Professor Li Ji’s commonly used Chinese medicine for the treatment of stable angina in coronary heart disease.3 Sichuan root,danshen,angelica,ginseng,astragalus,yujin,Bai Ziren,etc.are the most commonly used drugs for the treatment of stable angina with coronary heart disease by Professor Li Ji.4 Professor Li Ji treats stable type angina of coronary heart disease,uses medicine cold and temperature at the same time,mainly warm,sweet and bitter,cleans and supplements,to replenish qi and activate blood,qi and relieve pain as the main treatment principles,especially attaches importance to the conditioning of the heart and spleen.
