| Objective:To retrospectively analyze 403 inpatients with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type chest arthralgia and heart pain from the geriatrics department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from January 1,2019 to December 31,2019,to summarize and analyze the symptoms and clinical treatment experience of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type chest arthralgia and heart pain.Methods:By retrospective investigation and analysis,according to the hospitalization data of patients with chest pain and heart pain caused by qi deficiency and blood stasis,the related medical records of patients were sorted out and recorded,Excel database was established,data was input and proofread,and transformed into SPSS format after completion,and relevant data were analyzed and discussed by SPSS22.0 software.To organize and summarize the rules,form a preliminary understanding of the drug use rules and influencing factors of this disease.Results:149 cases were male and 254 cases were female,and the ratio of male to female was 1:1.70.The age of the patients was mainly 66-85 years for males and 56-75 years for females.The mean course of disease was 12.70±8.39.Most of the cases occurred in winter(31.27%).There were 36 cases with definite aggravating factors,including fatigue in 16 cases,exogenous in 12 cases,emotional factors in 6 cases,and 2 cases after satiation.The luck characteristics of birth year are as follows:the year of luck is Huo Yun less than year,the qi of Sitian is Shaoyin Jun Huo,and the luck combination is Hue Hua year,TianFu year,and TianXing year.There was statistical significance in the combination of year luck,qi of the sky and luck in the onset date of the patients with chest pain and heart pain caused by qi deficiency and blood stasis(P<0.05).Symptoms distribution characteristics:the main symptoms are dizziness,pain,poor sleep,poor appetite,palpitations,dry mouth,cough,sputum,sweating and other symptoms.6 groups,according to the results of clustering symptom group is similar to a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine and disease syndrome types,respectively,for no apparent disease concurrently,heat and phlegm dampness,and the one mind,and liver depression,and Yang deficiency haemorrheological nature and exogenous.A total of 81 kinds of drugs were used in all the prescriptions,with a total frequency of 7185 times,and about 18 kinds of drugs were used in each prescription on average,among which the high-frequency drugs were taoren honghua danggui and baishao.Conclusion:1.In the cases in this study,more women suffer from chest arthralgia and heart pain of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.The course of the disease is chronic,and it usually occurs in winter.In the cases with clear causes and inducements,fatigue is the main predisposing factor;Smoking was the main lifestyle factor affecting the disease,which was higher in men than in women.Most patients have other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and metabolic diseases,and consideration of complications increases the risk of disease.2.In this study,the incidence of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type chest arthropathy and heart pain is correlated to the birth year and onset year of the human body,the coincidence of five fortunes,six fortunes,and the cycle changes of five fortunes and six fortunes.The main symptoms of chest in 3 cases,this study condition,languid,the area before the heart pain,and disease from more to less in the order:phlegmy wet>hot faze mind>liver>Yang haemorrheological nature>exogenous.4.In this study,Taohong Siwu Decoction was used as the main prescription to treat chest arthropathy of Qi deficiency and blood stasis,and to expand the application scope of the classic prescription Taohong Siwu Decoction. |
