Obstruction Of Heartache And Coronary Heart Disease (chd) And The Relationship Between The Two And The Correlation Of Spleen And Stomach

Research purposes:In the academic background of Professor Lu Zhizheng recuperated the function of the spleen-stomach to cure the chest discomfort even heartache,Analysing the relationship between chest discomfort even heartache and coronary heart disease and the correlation of them with the spleen-stomach.studying the connotation and extension of the chest discomfort even heartache,understanding the position and role of the spleen-stomach function in the chest discomfort even heartache, and providing more datas.Research methods:By means of questionnaire survey,to construct the questionnaire, collected the patients’general conditions, the disease situations and the traditional Chinese medicine informations, which have came from the patients who had visted to the China Academy of traditional Chinese medicine Guanganmen hospital within24hours of hospital or clinic first diagnosed in the nearly two years.Then,using the application of modern data mining technology to analyse the relationgships between the chest discomfort even heartache and the other factors:modern diseases and the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms;at the same time,using the factor analysis method to understand the distribution characteristics of the chest discomfort even heartache.results:(1) selected a total of370cases of patients,male/female for126/244, age21-80years old, average age was64.83±10.96years; in which there was230cases of coronary heart disease,male/female for90/140, age36-80years old, average age was70.58±11.22years. The part and character of Chest pain were various;diet, tired, emotion and weather changing induced or aggravated symptoms have increased in30%above.The chest discomfort even heartache was divided into a group of coronary heart disease(CHD) and without coronary heart disease(non-CHD) group to analyse:two groups were mostly women; the average age of CHD was older than the non-CHD group’s, below50y in the incidence of CHD group was only5.3%, instead of the non-CHD group was23.6%. The chi-square test found:the effect of tired and weather was more apparent on the CHD group.(2) There were230cases of coronary heart disease in the370cases.The chest discomfort even heartache associated with a total of50diseases,which related with15kinds of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease,9kinds ofrespiratory system disease,9kinds of digestive system disease,only1thoracic disease.and16kinds of other diseases.(3) To the chest discomfort even heartache.the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine was perplexing, including67kinds of symptoms which associated with cumulative frequency5346times.which contained620times of4kinds of heart symptoms,2098times of29kinds of spleen-stomach symptoms,and2628times of other34kinds of symptoms. The yellow and pale complexion, low voice low, fat tongue with teeth marks, whitish and greasy tongue fur. slippery pulse and dark purple with petechiae to the tongue and the lip color were higher.(4) The factor analysis showed:The Pathogenes of the chest discomfort even heartache was deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,the origin related to the viscera Qi,Blood,Yin and Yang deficiency, in which spleen (Yang) qi weakness was the most syndrome,and phlegm damp intrinsic was the most syndrome to the superficiality.Pathogenesis characteristic of thecoronary heart disease was also deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,the origin related to the viscera Qi,Blood,Yin and Yang deficiency, in which spleen (Yang) qi weakness was also the most syndrome,but qi disorder was the most syndrome to the superficiality.Conclusion:(1) The meaning of chest discomfort even heartache was extensive, covering50kinds of disease,including coronary heart disease; coronary heart disease was only part of the chest discomfort even heartache,two of them can not be equated.(2) The disfunction of spleen-stomach syndrome occupied the largest proportion in the patients of the Chest discomfort even heartache, in which spleen (Yang) qi weakness, phlegm damp intrinsic were the most syndrome,to the coronary heart disease was spleen (Yang) qi weakness,qi disorder.
