Research On The Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Treating Pulmonary Nodules Based On Data Minin

Purpose: Using data mining technology and statistical analysis,to study the literature on the treatment of pulmonary nodules by TCM and the medication of Professor Zhao Keming in the treatment of pulmonary nodules,to summarize the medication rules of Chinese medicine for the treatment of pulmonary nodules,and to explore a Chinese medicine for the treatment of solitary pulmonary nodules.Feasibility options for nodules.Methods: Literature part: By searching CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP related literatures on pulmonary nodules,screening according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,reading and sorting the included literature,and collecting 48 Chinese medicine prescriptions.Clinical part:200 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were collected through follow-up consultation in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The above prescriptions were entered into Microsoft Excel 2013 form,and a database was established to count the frequency and frequency of traditional Chinese medicines and their properties,flavors,and meridians,and analyze the statistical results.SPSS Modeler18.0 data mining software and SPSS Statistics20.0 statistical software were used for data analysis and processing of highfrequency drugs,including association rules and cluster analysis,and the results were analyzed and discussed.Results: Literature part: The most frequently used drug for the treatment of pulmonary nodules was Fritillaria,with a frequency of 50.00%;the core drug pairs were: Prunella vulgaris-Oyster,Poria-Panxia,Pinellia-Scutellariae,Astragalus-Glycyrrhiza.Four types of new prescriptions were clustered: The first type: oyster,Prunella,Fritillaria,Coix seed,Angelica.Category 2: Citrus aurantium,silkworm,skullcap,Bupleurum,melon,mulberry white skin.Category 3: Licorice,Campanulaceae,Poria,Atractylodes,dried tangerine peel,Pinellia,Taizishen.Category 4: Astragalus.Clinical part: The most frequently used drug for the treatment of pulmonary nodules is calcined oyster,and the frequency of selection is74.00%;the core drug pairs are: Chuanxiong-Licorice,Angelica-North American ginseng,Angelica-Ophiopogon japonicus,Prunella vulgaris-Ganoderma lucidum,Ganoderma lucidum-Daily Jujube,skullcap-vinegar turtle,calcined oyster-fritillary,Bupleurum-skullcap.Clustering 3 types of new prescriptions: The first type: Ganoderma lucidum,loofah,vinegar turtle,turmeric,turmeric,salvia,calcined oyster,Zhejiang fritillary,dandelion,Poria,Codonopsis,jujube.Category 2: Melon,Pinellia,Bupleurum,Scutellaria,Scrophularia.Category 3: Angelica sinensis,Chuanxiong,Ophiopogon japonicus,North American ginseng,bran fried aurantium,Platycodon grandiflorum,licorice,Prunella vulgaris.Conclusion: Conclusion 1: The high-frequency drugs used by doctors in the treatment of pulmonary nodules are: licorice,fritillary,astragalus,scutellaria,pinellia,poria,oyster,platycodon,prunella;the selected drugs are mostly cold and sweet.,mostly into the lung,liver and spleen meridians,the core drug pairs for the treatment of pulmonary nodules are:Prunella vulgaris-oyster,Poria-Panxia,Pinellia-Scutellaria,Astragalus-Licorice,commonly used prescriptions are based on Xiaoying Pill or Sijunzi Heerchen Decoction Square cut.Conclusion 2: In the treatment of pulmonary nodules,Professor Zhao Keming mainly focused on resolving phlegm and dissipating stasis,removing blood stasis and dissipating stagnation,supplemented by strengthening the body and strengthening the appearance.In the treatment of pulmonary nodules,the traditional Chinese medicines frequently used by the instructor include calcined oyster,fritillary,Bupleurum,Poria,Codonopsis,Scutellaria,Prunella,Angelica,Chuanxiong,Vinegar Turtle,Ganoderma lucidum,loofah,dandelion,turmeric,Jujube,Salvia,Scrophulariaceae,Gualou,Turmeric,Licorice,Bran-fried Citrus,Ophiopogon japonicus,Pinellia,Platycodon grandiflorum,Beisha ginseng;the drugs are warm and sweet in nature,and are mostly attributed to the Lung,Liver,and Spleen meridians.,The core drug pairs for the treatment of pulmonary nodules are Chuanxiong-Glycyrrhiza,Angelica-North American ginseng,Angelica-Ophiopogon,Prunella-Ganoderma lucidum,Ganoderma lucidum-Jujube,Scutellaria baicalensis-Vinegar Turtle A,Calcined Oyster-Zhe Fritillaria,Scutellaria-Bupleurum: The commonly used prescription for treating pulmonary nodules is a combination of phlegm-resolving and stagnant-removing herbs,or a combination of Xiao Chaihu Decoction and Siwu Decoction.In the treatment of pulmonary nodules,attention should be paid not only to the pathogenesis of qi stagnation,phlegm and blood stasis,but also to the pathogenesis of righteous qi deficiency.
